Thank you very much for everything
- by El guellouti BrahimIt started out ackward as the taxi sent tp pick me up was late and o didnt have contact info for him. That taxi driver and the mountain guide spoke French not English. The second half of the tour went beter. I had Abraham as a driver and he spoke English and pointed out alot of sights that where not outlined in the tour itenary. He was also flexable on what we wanted to do. The desert camp was disorganized but a good experance. I recommend you talk to them early about transport back to the hotel. My camel didnt come and i ended up riding back in the bed of a pickup

In order to keep different paces of the group members, at least 2 guides are required during the hike.
- by Luke KClimbing Mount Toubkal was by far the hardest thing I have ever done. I trained to be physically fit enough but mentally it was also a challenge. Without the expert CEOs and a great group I could not have summitted the mountain. I had never camped before...

My experience with the Gravel Bike Tour in Morocco was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, the tour exceeded all my expectations and provided an adventure I will never forget. The itinerary was well-planned, offering a perfect blend of challenging gravel routes and stunning scenic landscapes. We explored the breathtaking Atlas Mountains, traversed the awe-inspiring Sahara Desert, and immersed ourselves in the rich culture of southern Morocco. Every day was filled with new sights and experiences that truly captured the essence of Morocco's diverse beauty. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their country. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. Their insights into local customs, history, and natural wonders added so much depth to the tour. The equipment provided was top-notch, and the bikes were well-maintained and perfect for the rugged terrain. Safety was a priority, and I felt well taken care of throughout the journey. Accommodations were comfortable and charming, ranging from traditional riads to cozy desert camps. The local cuisine we enjoyed was delicious and authentic, giving us a real taste of Moroccan flavors. Overall, this Gravel Bike Tour is a must-do for any cycling enthusiast looking for an adventurous and culturally rich experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an extraordinary way to explore Morocco.
- by MLD ToursI recently had the pleasure of going on the 5-day Atlas Mountain Biking Adventure, and words cannot capture the sheer magic of this journey. As someone who seeks travel experiences beyond the ordinary, this tour exceeded every expectation, offering a transformative blend of culture, nature, and genuine connections. From the vibrant pulse of Marrakech to the tranquil embrace of the Atlas Mountains, every moment was thoughtfully curated. The biking routes through non-touristy regions unveiled landscapes that felt untouched and pure. Small tracks led us through a maze of Berber villages, each a gem with its own unique story and warm hospitality. The absence of 4x4 transfers allowed for an authentic connection with the surroundings. Pedaling through the High Atlas mountains, the ever-changing scenery, from rugged peaks to lush valleys, left me breathless. The journey wasn't just a physical adventure; it was an immersion into the heart of Berber culture. Accommodations were carefully selected, offering a genuine taste of local life. Guesthouses, homestays, and hotels provided comfort and authenticity, creating a perfect balance. The tour's strong points, from the quality of the course to the unusual encounters with locals, showcased the dedication of the organizers. The daily distances and elevations were well-managed, ensuring a challenging yet achievable experience. The tour wasn't just about the thrill of biking; it was about making a meaningful impact through charity tourism. Engaging with the local community in activities like cooking, music, photography, and art added depth to the adventure. In conclusion, the Atlas Mountain Biking Adventure is more than a tour; it's a life-changing experience etched into my heart forever. To fellow travelers seeking a journey that transcends the ordinary, I wholeheartedly recommend securing a spot on this extraordinary adventure. Let the rhythm of your heartbeat align with the pulse of Morocco's breathtaking terrain.

Morocco Mountain Guides provided an unforgettable experience doing a 3 day and 2 night trek from Imlil to the top of Toubkal and back. First day was trekking around Imlil with Hassan, who has grown up and lived in Imlil his whole life. He was warm and welcoming and spoke about the history of Imlil. First night I stayed in a beautiful guesthouse in Imlil with a terrace overlooking the whole village and delicious food and generous hospitality from Lahcen. Second day was a gentle day heading up to Refuge Toubkal via shrine at El Chamrouche followed by early night prior to the summit day. We woke up at 4:30am on the third day and ascended to summit of Toubkal in the dark with headtorches on getting there in time for sunrise. One of the most memorable experiences of my life, brought tears to my eyes. We then had great fun charging down back to Imlil. Thank you so much Lahcen, Hassan and rest of the Moroccan Mountain Guide team for an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough. I look forward to going back sometime in the future for more High Atlas trekking with Moroccan Mountain Guides
- by James FenwickI really enjoyed my tour in the Atlas mountains. The scenery and landscape of the mountains was breathtakingly stunning. We walked at a pace which was comfortable for everyone. I can not fault the standard of food which was served, and more importantly, I never felt hungry throughout the duration of the tour. As I enjoyed the trek so much I have booked another tour to climb the Toukbal in May 2020. Thank you to Ichfen and the team at Moroccan Mountain Tours.

I had an amazing time with Omar on my trip in the Atlas Mountains, everything was well organised and the food provided was just what I needed to keep me fuelled for the journey. A very memorable experience that I will always treasure!
- by Jerome TilleyEarly in the morning, after a Berber breakfast in Imlil, we met our mountain guide, Omar Ait Tadrart, accompanied by a kind, strong mule. Our group of four included an adventurous woman who rode the mule up the mountain and walked back down in the evening. Omar, friendly and knowledgeable, speaks good English and French and has a university education. He guided us up a riverbed to a shrine (the king of the djinns, the good imam in village mosques is Highland sceptical apparantly) high in the mountains, where we enjoyed a hearty lunch, hot menthe tea and fresh orange juice. The day was filled with stunning views, rushing streams, and delightful conversations—an unforgettable trek.

I enjoyed especially the food prepared by our cook
- by Katarzyna StefanideI have climbed all over the world and the company I was linked with View Morroco were the most disorganised I have worked with. We were picked up an hour late to start with and when we arrived at the refuge although we paid for a twin and single we had been booked into a dormitory that I didn’t think was acceptable for my children. The guide advised us after speaking with his manager to pay for another room and the office would sort it out when we got down. Unfortunately when we got down we waited 45 mins to see the manger who refused to reimburse any costs stating it wasn’t her problem and to take it up with Tour Radar. I have written to Tour Radar but have not received a response. Please be aware future travellers the options on Tour Radar do not synch with Tour company.

The 3Days High Atlas Trek to Toubkal is an exhilarating adventure that immerses you in the breathtaking beauty of Morocco's mountainous landscapes. With expert guides leading the way, every step is filled with awe-inspiring views and cultural insights

Amazing tour. The guides and company were amazing and no regrets at all. If you can book with Toubkal Peaks in Morocco then do it, they won’t let you down
The tour was beautiful and the guide and cook were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Even small changes to the route were immediately applied when I asked for them

I had a great trip with Mohamed from Sahara Riders. All the activities provided are unique and far from other touristic destinations. Thanks again for this unique adventure

I booked this tour through tourradar. I paid $575 CAD which is equivalent to €380. When I arrived to the pick up point I was informed that I would be spending 2 nights in the desert. At this point, I didn’t know what that would mean. It then became apparent that I was on a tour promotied by a hostel for €80. They were adding a night in the desert to make it up to 3 nights. The only problem is that I would be left there alone. Everyone else was leaving on the morning of day 3. I contacted tourradar several times. No response. I finally found a live chat directly to across Africa. They tried to deny everything until I was able to prove that I was on the wrong tour and had been cheated. Then they disappeared and silence from then on. Really poor. Really ruined my holiday.
- by Diane La SpinaWe booked the private tour and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. Very diverse stunning landscapes across the Atlas to then end in the dunes of Merzouga. Hamza, our driver, really made this a unique adventure that I would recommend to anyone.

We actually did not get to go on this tour. Due to unavoidable conflicts we were not able to go. We contacted Intrepid multiple times leading up to the trip to see if we could take a credit for another trip instead of cashing in on the insurance policy. Literally no response from them until the day we were supposed to leave. I can't attest to the actual trips but the administration is not great. Along with the lack of communication or just "automated emails", they sent us the attestation form of our physical fitness the day we were to leave for the trip (would think that would need to be done when you first book the trip). When we first booked the trip, I tried desperately to get anyone at Intrepid to send me an itinerary of the trip add-ons or what the heck was included in the add-on. For example a bike ride was offered as a day add-on after the trek but no one could tell me where the bike ride went or what it included.....just that I could pay to add it on. Based on this customer service, I would not book an Intrepid trip again. I think the company is too large with too many trips to provide quality customer service.
- by Kelly RameyThis was a nice and (mostly) relaxing few days. Accommodation was lovely, and the village you stay in is very peaceful. The walk up the mountain does require reasonable fitness. The hammam was not available during our visit.

Amazing hike, an experience of a lifetime. Would say you need some hiking experience for this and should come prepared for cold temperatures at the peak. I wasn’t prepared but was able to rent gear for relatively cheap with help from the guide. Would highly recommend this trek though to any avid hikers :)
