    Weather was cool & wet but everything else was enjoyable. The best part of the cruize was meeting great new friends. The staff were terrific friendly and very personable. The entertainment duo of Tatiana and Peter were also crucial to the atmosphere on the ship.

    All aboard the ship was great. The tours were not as good as our last trip however. Mostly French Canadian passengers who resented having anything spoken in English. They should have had both an English and French guide on the busses ( which they did on one or two occasions). There should have been arrangements made for us to get from Amsterdam to Huizen. This was very difficult and costly. Also was not clear that the ship left at 6:00 … or read like we could not board until then … Overall good cruise with exception of complaining Fr. Canadian groups who tried to make us feel unwelcome

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before March 23rd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 23rd, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with CroisiEurope River Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • The following cards are accepted for "CroisiEurope River Cruises" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
