Acknowledging this tour covers a lot of ground, it did not meet expectation. Many hours spent in road side services or in closed up towns (not open for winter). Free time was appreciated in larger/open towns. Very few included activities and city tours were poor. Overall would not recommend this tour.

The small group size of 8 really helped to gel the group.

I did the whole of Europe 4 week group tour and had an amazing time. The hostels were way better than I expected with comfy beds, lockers, charging points etc. There was always a bar so we always met new people. Did cooking once in one of them too. One had an actually brewery inside it with their own beer. The activities were really good. Best was the Prague medieval meal, the island trip in Venice and the wine tasting. Tour leader was lovely and meant I didn't have to think about anything stressful ? The group was really nice and just had a really amazing time. Looking to book one for next year too yay ?
This tour was everything I hoped it would be and more! Thanks to our tour guide, Shannon, everything ran smoothly, and all activities were well-organised and super fun. The hostels were clean and conveniently located. I met so many amazing people and had an overall unforgettable experience. Can't recommend it enough :))

Because of a pre-trip injury I was unable to join the hiking tour on La Gomera. But I did join everybody for dinner each night. Our host/guide Ester was perfect. She's friendly, personable, fun to be around.

This tour with all its sights and activities was great! But it was truly our guide Bailey & our driver Tomasz that made it extraordinary!
- by Melissa HalpinIt was poorly organized. The people on the trip were not very sociable, & none of the activities could take place

A great tour to give a taste of the Balkan Countries.
- by Andrew NelsonWe chose Victor Tours to arrange a private tour for our visit to Serbia. We were extremely pleased with Victor Tours and would not hesitate to recommend this complany. Mihajlo listened to our preferences and arranged the perfect private tour for us. The guide, Radenko, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended!

Overall a fantastic experience, Nancy our tour guide was amazing. The included meals werent the best, however, they forced us to mingle with others in the group and that’s how I met the folks I ended up spending the majority of my time with. Overall an excellent experience and I can’t wait to do it again
- by Brandon SmithWe absolutely loved the Charming Greece Tour. Our tour guide Filomena (I apologise if I have the name incorrect) had great knowledge and loved to share the knowledge with the group. The hotels we stayed at were all very high quality and enjoyable. The tour itself covered a great amount of different sites to visit and was packed full of great experiences.

Good intentions. Poor Execution. Great trip on paper and advertisement. They start the day around 9 AM and drive you in a mini bus till about 8 PM. No time for lunch. No time to actually relax and sight see. Not recommended for travelers who have traveled with other tour companies like Gate1 or Globus or Trafalgar. Balks&More made us walk with luggage over cobbled streets. Driver and Guide were both new to the terrain. They waste a lot of time picking up and dropping off people over different hotels. Other people have to wait in the bus. Because their advertisement is enticing, they will cover all the cities but then who wants to see a palace at 7:30 PM for example. Many items are skipped. You will spend a lot of time in minivan. They will switch days or itinerary at a moment's notice. Luggage is in a trailer covered with a tarp.
The anticipation over our trip to the Balkans was met with surprise and delight. Traveling from the Nicola Tesla Airport in Belgrade to our hotel was done in style with a delightful driver pointing out areas of interest with a minor history lesson. But the real treat was our tour guide for the balance of the trip starting the following day. Dejan was extremely knowledgeable and without bias answering all our questions. He also introduced us to several very good ethnic restaurants, told personal stories and absolutely made the trip. We traveled approximately 3500 miles (about 5632.7 km) with a small, homogeneous group of diverse people (7 in all). Our accommodations were great, the food was wonderful and the friends we made, made it all the more enjoyable.

We would rather have had the "enhanced fee" simply added to the total cost of the "tour" so that we would have been picked up at our hotel for the various tours and not have had to make our own way to meeting places that were often hard to find, often in the dark, and walking on wet cobblestones. It was also difficult finding our way around railway stations and airports and boarding trains with our luggage. It was not explained clearly how much we would be responsible for on our own if we did not opt for the extra cost. It is misleading calling yourself a tour company when what you actually do is facilitate tours with other companies. We will not be recommending your company to other travelers.
- by Carole LyretteWonderful Italy 10d9n trip We booked the 8-night Italy plan with a customized extension plan and Wanderful holidays did an excellent job meeting all our requirements. The itinerary was very easy to follow, even without a physical tour guide. All the hotels chosen were conveniently located near the train stations , making transportation seamless. Communication with administrator group via Whatsaap was smooth, with quick and helpful responses to our queries. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, as it provided the perfect balance of freedom to explore at our own pace and a relaxing excursion experience in every district we visited. Thank you to the helpful team Wanderful Rose,—Rose, Wendy, Lilly, Hannah, and Sam.

A brief look at a number of excellent places. The itinerary had some long days but that was to be expected. We chose the slightly more up market accommodation and was not disappointed. Thankyou. Biggest fault of ours was to choose a trip with two different languages- this was our choice, I did not think this would matter but it certainly made every thing much longer and became difficult to concentrate. A little difficult in socializing when only a very few of you spoke the same language. Particularly is New Zealanders who have poor foreign language skills. This was our fault. A fault of the trip I believe was how we had our time arranged in Nazaré which has one of the natural wonders of the world- gigantic waves. We were let off atthe village part of Nazare and despite voicing my desire to see the waves received little help. In the end organised a taxi and was able to get a glimpse but ran out of time to walk to the lighthouse which with help would have been very doable if I had a little help in planning by those running the trip . I was happy to pay to get there but need help to organise. Was sad and disappointed. There were also other options at the end of the tour which people took up that were not offered to us. Communication from tour radar very good.

Tour guide and driver were excellent. Experiences were for the most part decent, however, the add ons such as fondue and experiences in Vienna like dinner and concert were extremely underwhelming. The swiss accomodations and experience with host also left little to be desired.
- by Pelan LeTour guide and driver were both friendly and excellent. I really liked that they made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe for the entire trip.

Too much road trip, less time at the attractions. Overall experience is very poor. Not a good itinerary at all.

Andorra was an excellent trip with a fun, relaxed itinerary and our guide Tess was fabulous!.. Friendly, supportive, informative and went out her way to make everyone feel included. Tess enchanted a great itinerary by being involved with the group, by being one of the girls..
- by BlankI had the best week ever on a ski trip with Tess! It is clear she has a real passion and love for her job and our week wouldn’t have been as amazing without her there. We love you sister!

Most of the trip was good. We had a problem when the first hotel was changed and we were given bunk beds, but a text to Palma fixed that. .
- by JoanneCommunication could have been a lot better. For instance our tour group was advised that a meet and greet session was to take place on the day before the tour started. It did not happen and there was no notification. The tour minivan was much too small for 8 people. We were all aged 70s and 80s and squashed into a small van, 3 to a seat. It was also difficult for some of us to negotiate a tight squeeze to get into the van. Those of us in the back seat could not hear anything the guide was saying which is the whole point of doing a tour and gaining information on what you are seeing. The guide should have had microphone equipment. The places we visited were fabulous and well thought out for a good tour of Slovenia. The guide was first class and we could not fault him. He was well organised, very helpful and flexible and well knowledged on the areas we visited. Highly enthusiastic. He was the best guide I have ever met or heard on a tour.
