Utah’s Big 5 My trip was absolutely amazing! We had Matt as our guide/CEO. He’d always make sure everything is going all right, never rushed us on hikes, was knowledgeable and would always tell stories about places we visited. It was raining the first two days, and we couldn’t make it to some trails, but it didn’t stop our guide to come up with some other plans. Since he knows the area well, we went on a couple more different hikes instead of the ones we couldn’t do. Cannot be more happier with the amount of trails we’ve done! Also, I was the only vegan in our group, so I was happy to know that there would always be something for me to eat, it was not a problem at all. The campgrounds were nice and clean, definitely better than I expected. I loved everything about the tour, thank you for making it such a great experience ?☀️

Rachel De Genaro -our guide was excellent. It is unbelievable how well she preformed all the roles of a guide, cook, shopper, driver and care taker to all of us. She was phenomenal! She was calm and organized. She as well as the people in our group made the trip more fun and enjoyable. Thumbs up!!!! G adventures though could have been a better communicator as to what to expect and prepare
Tour itinerary was well planned in order to see and hike Utah’s Big 5 National parks in 9 days. Our guide Rachel was excellent and did her best to manage 12 clients, drive, buy food, supervise food preparations and clean up, and break camp. However, given the amount of organization needed for camping, meals and driving required; and overseeing the often difficult and strenuous hikes, it would have been a better trip if there were 2 guides instead of only one. This trip went very well because we were an older group with many professionals with administration experience who pitched in to help the trip go smoothly. If a group on this tour does not blend as well as we did, don’t pitch in to do their share of work, and/or do not have experience working as a-team with administration experience, it may not go so well or more likely be a disaster. To avoid this, better to have 2 guides.

"Tour was amazing: Well organized, everything timed perfectly and one of the best trips we’ve ever been on. Our guide Charlie was terrific- knowledgeable, responsive, thorough and kind. Could not have asked for a better guide. Hotels were beautiful and the hikes were outstanding. We’re looking into another similar trip with Intrepid.
