Overall, it was very well organized: we were always picked up on time (sometimes even a bit early) and driven to the next destination. As a couple, we had a private guide the entire time, which was fantastic because it made everything easy to understand and allowed us to ask questions whenever we wanted. The guides were highly professional and shared stories, legends, and detailed information about each sight with great enthusiasm. Communication with Itaca Holiday via WhatsApp was smooth and reliable throughout the trip, and they were even flexible when it came to individual change requests. Sometimes the organizational information was a bit brief, but there’s no need to worry — everything works out in the end. Trust the organizers; they handle everything quickly and reliably. One more tip: since the first day includes both the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, we recommend arriving in Cairo one day earlier to make sure you have enough time to fully enjoy both.Show more

What a great experience. They were so accommodating in every step of the way. Way better experience than big tour companies/groups who are usually unable to accommodate too many changes, or last minute details. They handled those situations exceptionally. They also provided great recommendations that made it easier to choose places, activities. The accommodations selected were comfortable, the vehicles were excellent, and the drivers were professional and drove safely. Regarding the tour guides, Emy and Amr were especially amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and very attentive to our needs. Recommend both for anyone. Slightly disappointed with the first guide. He was polite, gentle, and knowledgeable, but we felt rushed during the visits. There was limited time for taking photographs and resting as he seemed focused on covering all the sites within a tight schedule. Although he did accommodate after we pushed hard. A better balance between explanations and photo opportunities would have improved the experience. Overall, the service was punctual, well-organized, and of high quality. Truly amazing.Show more

An amazing trip! Tour was really well organised, we saw so many amazing sites and the guides that Itaca organised were excellent. Eyad and Mahmoud from Itaca tours were very prompt and available online for any questions. We had a few minor problems, but Eyad and Mahmoud were available and resolved these promptly and professionally. Hotels and restaurants chosen were all very good. Note that the tour doesn't include entry fees for temples/museums/camels, we needed about USD100 per adult, but entry fees could all be made by card/online. Book Edfu temple tickets online in advance if you can, as it is an early start. Abu Simbel Temple is amazing, worth the early start and long journey!! Would definitely recommend the tour and Itaca tours, it was all amazing!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Itaca Holiday. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Itaca Holiday will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Itaca Holiday" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of Itaca Holiday. Please familiarize yourself with the Itaca Holiday payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
