  This tour was good as far as covering many different places over 9 days. The tour guides, Benjamin Gigi and Çetin were all excellent and very knowledgeable. Special mention to Benjamin who resolved a scheduling issue with our last day in Istanbul. Taxi transfers to and from airports went smoothly but we were unaware of the lengthy travel distances to and from Izmir and Kayseri airports where hotels were in neighbouring cities and over an hour each way. Overall we had a positive experience.Show more

  I found the tour very enjoyable but tiring. The one hour flights became 4 to 5 hour travelling with transits to airports and waiting time. I hadn't factored this into my planning. The organization was very good with regular updates via WhatsApp. The tour guides were all good and knowledgeable and in some cases absolutely excellent.Show more

  We had a great time during the 9-day tour in Turkey. Everything was very well planned & coordinated by Zerrin and the tour guides we had in each city were so friendly & knowledgable. The flying every 2-3 days was tiring but worth it and we got to see a lot of popular attractions.Show more

  Umut and his team put together an amazing intinerary that enabled us to enjoy and appreciate Turkey's truly amazing natural beauty and extremely rich history/culture. Before and during our tour, Zerrin, who works in the office kept us well informed and responded promptly to any questions we had. The pickups and transfers went off smoothly. Our guides, especially Benjamin in Istanbul) and Utku in Pamukkale/Ephesus, were oustanding. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and presented what Turkey had to offer.with great enthusiasm. Most importantly they were caring and paced the day well, so we never felt tired. The meals were all delicious. The day cruise was most pleasent.We paid to upgrade our hotel. I would strongly recommend this. It was excellent value for money. The hotels in Kusdasi and Urgup in particular were simply great. Overall we had a fabulous, most memorable holiday. Enjoyed everything! Well done team!.10/10Show more

  The itinerary and planning was well thought out. Umut was excellent at logistics and organized all transfers and flights over whatsapp as mentioned in the trip voucher. The tour guides and drivers were mostly excellent. Benjamin in Istanbul and Utku in Kasadasi were professional and knowledgable. Fatima in Cappadocia was knowledgable but needs more seasoning in professionalism (had a little too much candor in certain subject areas outside of the tour). The sights, sounds, smells were all fantasic. When the ceiling of our hotel rooms (and another Canadian couple) started leaking at 2am in the morning, we were moved to the upgraded suites for the rest of our stay with a late check out which was fair. The hotel hand wrote an apology letter which was nice. Umut also got our family a free dinner for our troubles. We didn't know what to expect when booking through Tourradar for the first time but Guide to Ephesus exceeded my expectations. Umut helped booked an extra pretour day in Istandbul, our balloons, and recommended a hamam which turned out perfect as well.Show more

  This was possibly the worst travel tour I have ever taken. From the very start it was disorganized. It started with the operator telling me to “phone the transfer company myself” when I tried to Confirm the address of our pickup. And ended on the last night with waiting 40 minutes standing in a cold parking lot waiting for our transfer from Airport to the hotel. Only to be driven to the wrong hotel. Each day We had to ask for pickup times and flight information. No one seemed to be looking after the tour.Show more

First of all, all the conversation we made via whatsapp and we have the screenshots of all conversation during your trip. your first comment to contact with driver, we informed you we dont provide pick up services from airbnbs or unknown adressess but to help you we accepted your request we provide a transfer from an unknown adress and we sent you all the driver, greeter details and i wrote you "in case" if the driver cannot find your adress please text him. how you answered us " this is not my bussines " I could tell you please arrange your transfer self because this an unknown adress and to find an unknown adress is not our bussines. but we did not do it. secondly you are saying that you had to ask pick up times daily thats correct we sent you a trip notes letter and overthere very clearly its written "please contact agency 1 day before for definite pick up times" so i am asking to you what is wrong with that?? and last complaint for istanbul arrival transfer i sent you the meeting video instructions at the airport we dont know who else doing this " sending the driver, greeter contacts and also a video shows how to meet greeter at the airport. " In every part of the world delays can happen because of traffic, accidents etc.etc. in 9 days if one airport transfers is delayed for 20-30 mins this can solve very easily. but do you remember which words did you use when you wait about 15-20 minutes i have the screenshot and i can send who needs you wrote to my whatsapp " where is our f****ng driver??? after this word we leave the evaluation to the readers of this review. if you motivate yourself to unsatisfy you can be sucessfull about this subject. again thank you for your review
