    We do not have the ability to arrange flights to and from the UK through Tour Radar. You would need to book the flights yourself and then we could assist with arranging the airport transfers.

  Would transfer from airport to hotel (& vice versa) be provided in Johannesburg and Cape Town? Could you send more details on the lodgings in the different places? Specifically the toilet conditions. Would we be required to participate in any way in the camping? Lastly, could I have a sense of the folk who have already registered? Just age/gender would be helpful.

    Transfers we can arrange with an additional cost. However the transfers are subjected to availability. We do have female clients more than males. and we do have clients in all ages. The hotels we use on this tour would be 4 star hotels.

    Did you have any info on the facilities/conditions of the different camping grounds? And if we are required to participate during the visit eg cleaning, cooking?

    Accommodation is mainly in two-person canvas dome tents with camping mattresses supplied. Campsites do have facilities, but usually aren't to the same standard as Western countries. Bathroom facilities can be very basic. By travelling on an Overland trip you will be helping your cook prepare meals for the group. You may also get the chance to help with the shopping. Participating in the camp is usually done on a duty roster system with group of 5 or 6 people having a different camp job each day.

    If I need to take a flight on the 5th day of the trip, from what airport should I search to Island of Mozambique? And on the 7th day, to what airport should I return to meet my group? What time is best to look for flights?

    This tour does not include the Island of Mozambique. This tour includes Lesotho, South Africa, and Eswatini (Swaziland). We no longer stay in Mozambique on this tour, so it won't be easy to go on their own in the middle of the tour.

  Would you know how many pages does South Africa takes to stamp our passport normally since we will do in out of South Africa a few times during the tour? I believe I will do 4 entries and 4 exits.

    Passport stamps can take two blank pages, which might vary depending on your passport. We recommend checking with the South Africa consulate or embassy.

  When you say camping, is it pre-erected tents with beds, or do we have to sleep on the ground and put up our own tents. Would you Match my son up with someone to share, when you only have 2 x persons per room. average age of travellers. Is Wifi available at the accommodations

    Accommodation on this trip is mainly in two-person canvas dome tents with camping mattresses supplied. You will not have to set up the tents. When we stay in the grounds of a hotel or at a campsite which may also have rooms/cabins available. In this case there may be a choice of camping or upgrading to a room. Rooms cost approximately USD60-120 per room per night for a twin room and cannot be pre-booked. Standards of these rooms vary greatly, and we recommend viewing the room before purchasing the nights' accommodation. The day-by-day itinerary advises when upgrades may be possible (subject to availability). If you are interested in upgrade pricing, please let us know. Yes, if your son chooses to not purchase a single supplement, he would be paired with another solo traveler of the same gender. We also try to pair the same age groups together. As for Wi-Fi, it would be available during your hotel and lodge stays but not during the camping portion. Our trips have quite a large age range so every tour and departure date is different. If you had a specific time in mind, we would be happy to advise on age dynamics.
