What people love about Lofoten Islands Tours
- Arctic Experience
This trip was amazing. The accommodation was excellent. We saw the Northan Lights in Tromso up near the lake. We stayed a couple of extra nights in Tromso as it was so beautiful. It snowed most days. Our highlight was the Atlantic Husky Sledding. What an experience and would defiantly recommend it to anyone.
- Tailor-Made Private Norway Trip to Chase the Northern Lights
Jann was a fantastic guide / driver who was kind and considerate and wanted the best experience possible for his guests!! Jann was friendly and educated/answered all questions even with personal stories! We were very lucky and had a great viewing night and Jann had prepared us for the post that we would not see anything, would highly suggest the Jann experience to everyone!

What our customers ask about Lofoten Islands Tours & Trips
What cultural experiences can you join in the Lofoten Islands?
You'll love experiencing authentic Sami culture at the reindeer farms near Sortland it's really special. You can go on a reindeer safari learn traditional lasso throwing and listen to beautiful Lappish joik songs while enjoying a hot meal. Our travelers on the Polar Nights tour absolutely loved it you'll be paired up on sleds one reindeer per sled. The lasso throwing is really interesting actually it's how the Sami people catch their reindeer when they need to tag them or gather the herd.
Where can you find natural areas to explore and how do you get there?
Head to Ånderdalen National Park on Senja Island you can reach it via the E6 highway and ferries. You'll discover these amazing 500-year-old trees waterfalls and peaceful lakes and if you're lucky you might spot otters moose or red foxes. For something really dramatic make your way to Magerøya Island where you'll find the North Cape Europe's northernmost point. Getting there is part of the adventure take the coastal roads or hop on a ferry to explore this raw beautiful landscape with its impressive bird cliffs.
