How to ask for more tour details?
On TourRadar, you can request more information by navigating to the tour detail page and using the “Ask a Question” button. This will put you in contact with the operator of the tour via TourRadar.
How to book?
To book a tour on TourRadar, first, browse the tours, select the one you’re interested in, and choose your preferred date. After selecting the date, click the “Book Now” button, and you’ll be guided through the booking process. You’ll need to provide personal details, confirm the itinerary, and complete the payment to finalize the booking.
How to modify your existing booking?
If you want to modify your booking, log in to your TourRadar account, go to the “Tours” section, and find the specific booking you want to change. If you open the booking conversation page you will see on the right hand side options to modify your booking.
How to cancel?
To cancel a tour booking, go to your account and navigate to the “Tours” section. If you open the booking conversation page you will see on the right hand side options to modify or cancel your booking. Be sure to review the cancellation policy, as fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the tour start date.
Are flights included in the tour price?
International flights are generally not included in the tour price. Since our travelers come from all around the world, we give you the flexibility to choose and book your flights separately. To help you with this, we’ve partnered with Kiwi, allowing you to compare flight options and book directly through TourRadar Flights Page. Some tours may offer optional flight packages, so be sure to check the tour page for specific details or visit our Are Flights Included?
Can solo travelers book tours?
Absolutely! Solo travelers can definitely book tours on TourRadar. Joining a tour is a fantastic way to meet like-minded people and enjoy a stress-free travel experience. While some tours might require a single supplement fee, many offer room-sharing options to help you avoid additional costs.
