Tour cancellations & rebookings
Your operator’s cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy differs from operator to operator. With more than 2,500 operators, this could get confusing but we value transparency. You can view each operator’s policy in the “Good to Know” section of the Tour Detail Page when researching an adventure, on the checkout page when you’re making your booking, and on your Booking Conversation Page (where you can communicate with the operator) after you’ve made your booking.
