"I originate from Indianapolis, Indiana and after a lifetime of corn and flat terrain I made my way down under to the “dangerous” land of Australia. My time there was the best of my life, but fearing for my skin and the chances of cancer I hopped on a plane to try out authentic Pho and Curry in Southeast Asia. Some people believe in love at first sight, I don’t, but I do believe in love at first taste and after my first dish of sisig, I was hooked headline and sinker. So after some e-mails and luck and just a pinch of fairy dust, here we are in paradise!"
