I was at first quite sceptical and worried about the quality of the trip because there were no previous reviews available for me to refer to. We are very impressed by the punctuality and knowledge of all the guides and drivers we had during the tour.

I have written a short review earlier but I forgot to mention that the hotels are located in good positions, near to night/morning markets, restaurants & shops. Itinerary is good and we got to see all the important sights. The travel consultant Christine from Hoi An Express is always prompt & efficient in her reply to any questions I have. Hoi An Express is a good reliable company. The guides and drivers are always punctual. We never needed to wait one second for them. The guides are always full of knowledge and helpful. We are impressed and happy with the entire tour.

I really enjoyed the trip. The organisation of the trip was perfect. There was just one slight drawback in that the flight from Luang Prabang was delayed for just over 4 hours which meant that it was dark when I arrive in Phnom Penh. This of course was not the fault of TourRadar. The guides in all locations were excellent. For many years I had intended to visit both countries as I had already been in the other Indo China countries. Your tour was therefore ideal from my perspective. A job well done.
