What people love about Kvarner Tours
- Kvarner Bay Islands - from Opatija
" Excellent experience with this company, everything was well organized and the customer service gave us a total support when needed. Since years i wanted to do a mini cruise in Croatia with my wife so we decided for the Kvarner Islands from Opatija. We stayed in a very spacious On deck cabin with en suite bathroom, the guides and the crew was fantastic. The boat was what they called an A+ category, everyday we stopped in a different island to visit and in secluded bay where to swim freely. Delicious food on board. "
- Venice to Split Express - 4 days 3 nights
Since this tour was operated in conjunction other partners there was some confusion at multiple points that did not make it a very smooth experience. 1. The travel voucher you sent me said Nature Trips ( nowhere on this thing did it say Katrina Line) but the driver who picked me up in Venice was from Katrina Line 2. The hotel in Opatija initially could not locate me and had no idea who Tour Radar or Nature Trips was. Once again I was part of the Katrina Line group which I had no idea I was part of and the reservation they had me booked for was made for the the 11th of September in the year 2020 not 2019 3. The guide who took me from Plitvice Lakes although very nice was not aware that I was part of the group You should have done a better job of letting me which tour group I was actually a part of so that at every point they knew who I was a part of and communicated that with your tour partners. I was traveling alone and had no one else to turn to and the reason I booked with you was so that I would not have to worry so much about my travel and accommodation arrangements and you failed at that. I would have been better off just booking everything myself However all the guides were very nice and excellent
- Sailing in Croatia
Amazing trip to relax, learn sailing and enjoy the blue sea! Especially I liked: + great crew + spacious boat + we could influence our route which was fantastic + you can gain some sailing experience + we had a good mix of eating in restaurants and cooking onboard Some points that may be improved: - open WhatsApp group for crew not just 4 days before the trip but a bit more in advance to get the shopping list sorted out and ideally order the food before the tour starts - at tourradar it states that the Tour is operated in English and I was traveling with my British friend, however all preparation emails and chats were in German and the sailing commands as well which sometimes was a bit tricky for non German speakers All in all I enjoyed it a lot and highly recommend this sailing ⛵️ trip
