- On the way in the Tramuntana Mountains: The Tramuntana Mountains, also known as Serra de Tramuntana, are a mountain range in the northwest of the Mediterranean island of Mallorca and are also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This area is well-developed by hiking trails, but has so far been spared from large crowds of tourists. This makes it the perfect place for a quiet break in nature.
