"Wonderful trip! Staff on the boat were always polite, helpful and accommodating. Excusion guides were very knowledgeable. Excusions were fun. Overall, the trip was well organized and managed from start to finish.

"Too much food,,,, I never eat that much but I certainly did my best. The only downside was being a couple on our own......as English speakers it would have been good if we had been included in the English speakers' tables. We felt quite isolated at the beginning of the cruise. More exercise and dance classes, possibly before breakfast. A printed itinerary posted in the lounge would have been handy and easy to refer to.

"A fine tour, here are some improvements: 1) ensure tourists are met at the airport. There was a problem with this, although I was reimbursed for cab fare. 2) Use more buses for transportation. Extensive use of public transportation (trams & trains), increases travel time and restricts free time to arrival/departure schedules.
