There were several circumstances that could have made this tour a less than ideal experience: others cancelling travel due to the new COVID variant, Storm Barra, and the winter season. However, I had an exceptional time. Matthew is true student of history and had facts, figures, and stories spilling out of his head. He was personable, considerate, and thoughtful. Our conversations were rich and lively and I had a truly wonderful experience. I can't wait to recommend this tour to my family and come back one day to see more!

Eamonn was an excellent guide/driver. He was friendly, professional and entertaining. Our tour was especially fun because of him. The hotel staff at every stop was very helpful and friendly. We especially liked the breakfast at Grand Canal in Dublin, the hotel room at Killarney, and tea at Bunratty. Great trip!!

"Fantastic first tour group experience for us. Our tour guide, Lee Jones, was outstanding and was key to our enjoyment of the tour. From playing music selections, to relating the history and anecdotal stories all apropos to our geographic locations, he added a richness to the experience that was unique to our tour bus. We all felt we were lucky to have him as our tour guide. The pace of the tour was just right to give us time at each site and in each town we stayed. When a storm warning derailed our outdoor plans on one day, Lee scheduled alternative activities, which were paid for by the tour operator! I would highly recommend Irish Experience Tours for your trip to Ireland, especially if you can get Lee as your tour guide😊

"The tour was well paced and offered breathtaking scenery, wonderful food and was a great way to experience Ireland. Vinny was a great guide. Funny, kind and always seemed to know his the right about of time at each spot to take things in. Not feel rushed but also keep things moving along. Highly recommend.
