What people love about Australia Tours from Brisbane
- Oz East Coast + Work 20 Days
I absolutely loved my tour up the east coast of Australia with my group leader Shannon, I had a very highly enjoyable three weeks and got to appreciate an awful lot of incredible experiences and trips. I found the itinerary for the tour was perfectly tailored to all the stops and I got to do lots of things I wouldn't have been able to do outside of a tour setting and things I wouldn't have thought to do, all enhanced by the group setting and nature of being on an organised tour. I found I had sufficient information at the beginning of the tour to join, although I would have liked to know in advance of the day before that I was joining an existing tour where a large group of people had already had 8 days to get to know each other, as that was a very confronting and slightly stressful realisation. I also found that the information provided and support for the tour itself, in terms of the organisation through a group leader, was well managed and effective. My leader, Shannon, was absolutely outstanding and went more than above and beyond for every individual on the tour from the moment it started until well after it had finished, she is a credit to Intro and exceptionally capable in her role. I would recommend the experience overall in a a heart beat as a direct result of the work she put in and the atmosphere she cultivated, as well as the support and care she provided throughout; she deserves recognition and a raise.
- Oz East Coast Adventure 20 days
I had the best time during my Aussie adventure, the 20 days were packed with activities and then with whichever optional activities too. Doing the intro tour you travel with a group which is a great way of making friends. Ultimately what shaped our experience was our amazing tour host Val, she was always attentive and organised, even there was days where there was no activities planned she would suggest things. The trip was a great success because of both the people and how great Val was, I’m so glad I did it.
- Brisbane to Cairns Experience: Sand Dunes & the Whitsundays
The itinerary was amazing. I had the most fantastic time with an excellent group of people. The accommodation was basic but very good and added to the adventure. The distance that we covered and the number of brilliant activities included was just fab. I loved all of it - even when we had a long travel day. The only negative was that our tour guide didn't know the tour. In fact he had never been to that part of the Country before. That was disappointing. I was hoping to have a local guide who knew the itinerary, what we should take with us each day, what time we would have to leave each morning, how long it would take to get us to the next place etc. Ron didn't know any of this information. All of the other people involved in the trip were very professional, informative and friendly which in some ways made up for the lack of knowledge that Ron had. I really liked Ron as a person and in some ways I felt sorry for him as I felt it was possible that he had been dropped into the tour at the last minute, but for the money we had spent and the assurance we had been given from g-adventures website and reputation, the fact that we were with a guide who didn't even know the basic itinerary wasn't good enough.
