We actually designed our 19 days 5 Stan private tour, very late in August 2024, for start on 5 of September 2924 from Almaty. Given the short time frame we were a bit apprehensive about it. But it was seamlessly organized by Odil, Khostorbek and their team at Steppe journeys. We also found the cost very reasonable given that they provided everything vehicle with driver, guide, accomodation, entry tickets, Air fares, all breakfasts and few main meals. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. We recommend everyone to use their local expertise in organising a trip of 5 Stan’s in Central Asia to suit their travelling style.

"I loved it :) very well planned and executed. I could just follow the lead of the driver and guides. Most guides were very well prepared and adjusted well to changes. The driver was very kind and considerate. There were some minor problems with the hot water at my last hotel but the staff fixed it quite quickly.

"The 5 Stans tour was an amazing experience. The landscapes were breathtaking, and the history of the region was so interesting to learn about. The food was very tasty, though definitely for those who enjoy trying unique and local flavors—it might not suit everyone. Overall, everything was well-organized, and the hospitality we experienced was wonderful. A trip worth taking!
