Dear Rene Richey, Thank you for your reviews on Tour Radar. However, I believe there are some inaccuracies in your comments. We offered you several options for different destinations and worked on your itinerary for nearly 20 days to ensure your satisfaction. Your travel partner accepted some of the proposed itineraries, but ultimately, you did not approve them. While we awaited your response, we were surprised to learn that you disputed the charges with your credit card company. This action felt unfair to us, especially given the extensive efforts we made to accommodate your requests. Following our submission of all relevant documents, the merchant services determined that your dispute was unfounded, resulting in the charges being reinstated to our account. Instead of disputing the charges, we would have appreciated it if you had requested alternative options, such as traveling to the same destination in a different year. We are committed to providing solutions and have been in business for 32 years, prioritizing customer satisfaction. We believe your reviews do not reflect the true nature of our services. But first of all let me state that there is not another alternative by Issyk Kyl region better than the Carven Four Seasons hotel and we are obliged t use this facility. We have learnt from the hotel that there was a misunderstanding and they charged for the dinner. As soon as my office manger in Biskek found out that she invited the guests for a dinner in one of the best restaurants of Bishkek next day. This dinner was not included and was a dinner on your own but in an effort to compansate she did so. Please accept our appologies for the distress caused which was totally beyond our control and I hope efforts to compansate were heplful to some extend. We appreciate your comments and wish you all teh best.
