We're glad you enjoyed accommodations, guides and transportation which were provided on the tour, this is something totally on us. We've taken you to best restaurants in each location where you were able to order from menu your preferred selections. Being a tour operator we have no control over foreign country denying your entry or closing its' border. What we have control over is to continue 27 days itinerary of 6 countries uninterrupted by providing alternative sightseeing with equal services for the 4 days planned for Turkmenistan. The difference in cost was refunded to you before end of your tour. The 40 minutes boat ride in Azerbaijan on Caspian Sea is noted in your original itinerary as "if weather permits", in your instance it was not possible due to low water levels, which we also have no control over. I wish you provided a little more details as to what we could have done to please you on top of all we've done. Itinerary was followed to the dot, every site was visited. Could you please point to a single sight we skipped? One change we made in Turkmenistan was due to hotel in Doshauguz had their central a/c down and you stayed an extra night in one of the most luxurious hotels in Central Asia, hotel Yulduz in Ashgabat at no extra cost to you. Our staff member Albina whom you mentioned in your feedback came to bring each tour participant their pre filled by her custom declaration forms before your border crossing to Turkmenistan, so you spend less time doing it at the border. Our guide Gulya whom you numerously verbally abused is one of the most esteemed guides who worked with Madeleine Albright, Hillary Clinton and other VIP government delegations in 30 years of her career as a guide. Many of our clients specifically choose our company because of her. We obtained your visas for you on time, drivers were always on time, we used same hotels as listed on our website. Further, since I wasn’t able to justify your feedback, I’ve contacted your fellow group participants to gather their feedback, they felt like the tour was as advertised and met their expectations, most of them signed up for our Caucasus tour with returning guests special discount.
