What people love about Argentina And Chile Tours
- Andes, Iguassu & Beyond
The Andes to Iguassu trip was great overall. It has an amazing trip route however since there are many travel days and distances are long, the trip did feel rushed in certain segments. Especially Chile - we had 2 hours in Santiago for the walking tour before the bus and a few hours in Valparaiso. The Brazil segment was great ! Also, all the activities are additional add ons with very little included in the trip cost itself so it does seem a little expensive. For the most part only travel and lodging is included.

What an amazing organisation. Our thanks go out to Wendy, Rose, Sam and Alberto. We never knew who did what, you did it so seamlessly (the phone numbers were a hint). Your daily messages on WhatsApp were so helpful. We would like to express our gratitude and admiration for your team. The prompt reply to any queries we had and the coordination of our pickups and delivery, made our trip extremely comfortable and trouble free. Our thanks to all, Beth and Derick.
- Rio de Janeiro to Santiago de Chile - 17 Days
This was an excellent A to B self guided tour that had a few well placed day tours included such as the Iguazu Falls Brazil and Argentina side, horse riding, tango show and city tours. Excellent value for money and perfect for people who do not want to be stuck in a 'tour group' for long period of time. The Tour radar online staff led by Cristian were absolutely amazing and always there in the other end with support and assistance when required. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is thinking about doing it. A trip of a lifetime!!

For serious hikers, our most popular Patagonian treks range from 8 to 13 days, with the Torres del Paine 'O' Circuit standing out as the full package. You'll camp beside Dickson Glacier, cross dramatic suspension bridges over Gray Glacier and work your way up to Mirador Base Torres - it's a proper challenge that our experienced trekkers love. Another favorite combines El Chaltén with Torres del Paine, letting you tackle both the French Valley and also climb to Laguna de Los Tres for close-up views of Mount Fitz Roy. Our customers particularly enjoy the mix of camping under stars and staying in mountain refugios, with hot meals waiting after long days on the trail. For those wanting more variety, we offer routes that add on Perito Moreno Glacier walks and penguin colonies near Ushuaia, mixing up the hiking with wildlife encounters.
See all Hiking & Trekking toursThe active tours through Argentina and Chile really deliver on variety - you might be wine tasting in Santiago's Casablanca Valley one day and riding horses with gauchos near Bariloche the next. Most run 15-17 days, giving you time to really dig into each stop. Our travelers especially like the combination of city exploration and outdoor activities, whether it's biking through Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires or kayaking on Ilha Grande's clear waters. The routes through Pucon offer opportunities for white water rafting and volcano hiking, while the Lake District lets you get close to the action with local ranch visits and also traditional barbecues. These trips work well for active folks who want to move around but don't need intense physical challenges every single day.

See all Coach / Bus toursOur longer South American explorer tours span 12-17 days and really get into the heart of the region. The Santiago to Iguazu route is particularly popular - you'll start in Chile's capital, wind through wine country and cross the Andes to discover Mendoza's famous Malbec vineyards before reaching the mighty falls. Our guides take you through Santiago's old quarters, then it's off to taste wines in Casablanca Valley before experiencing Iguazu from both countries - each side offers completely different perspectives. If Patagonia calls to you, we've got tours combining El Calafate's massive glaciers with Torres del Paine's peaks and then Buenos Aires' energy. For something truly different, check out our Atacama Desert and Uyuni route where you'll actually sleep in hotels built from salt blocks - it's quite an experience!

- Spring 2025
Spring is when our Chile-Argentina tours really come into their own. You'll find yourself tasting different Malbec styles in Mendoza's vineyards, where local producers show you their methods and share stories about the wine-making process. Our travelers tell us they love how these tours mix things up - one day you're cycling through Santiago's neighborhoods and checking out Pablo Neruda's house, then you're watching the sun set over Moon Valley in the Atacama. We've got routes that take in both countries' wine regions, from Chile's Casablanca Valley all the way to Argentina's countryside estates. - Fall / Autumn 2025
Fall brings out the best colors in both countries, especially in Chile's wine regions and Argentina's northern provinces. Our travelers particularly enjoy routes that combine Salta's multi-colored mountains with Bolivia's salt flats - the autumn light makes for incredible photos. Several tours take advantage of comfortable hiking weather to explore places like Purmamarca's Seven-Colored Hill and the Humahuaca Gorge. In Chile's Atacama region, fall visitors get perfect conditions for stargazing after days spent exploring geysers and salt mountains. Our guides know exactly when to visit El Tatio's steaming geysers and how to time your visit to Moon Valley for the best sunset views. Many of our fall tours also include time in vibrant cities like Buenos Aires, where you can learn tango steps before heading north to witness Iguazu Falls with fewer crowds than summer months.

Our winter tours through Chile and Argentina focus heavily on Patagonia's remarkable glaciers when the weather is crisp and clear. Travelers particularly enjoy the combination of exploring glaciers like Perito Moreno and hiking through Torres del Paine's snow-dusted landscapes. One popular route takes you from Santiago through Punta Arenas and into the heart of Patagonia, with our customers loving the contrast between urban exploration and wild nature. Another excellent winter option combines Buenos Aires' warm indoor culture - think tango shows and wine tastings - with the raw beauty of Chile's glacial landscapes. Our guides make sure you get the best viewing angles at places like Mirador Cerro De La Cruz, and you'll have chances to spot wildlife like foxes and condors against the winter backdrop.
