I had Rianna as my trip manager for the European Trail trip with Contiki from the first week to the end of September 2024. Over the course of 23+ days, she excelled in communication, expertly managing over 50 participants while always wearing a smile. Despite the challenges, she never showed signs of tiredness or disappointment. At one point, I misplaced my passport, and Rianna provided invaluable guidance on how to handle the situation, reassuring me that there was a solution for everything. She offered clear instructions on obtaining a temporary passport, but fortunately, I found my passport before needing to act on it. Her knowledge and empathy were evident as she made sure every participant felt included in all activities and was having a great time.
