  Ubaldo was our guide each day and the best we have ever encountered in 30 years of travel. His background and experience gave us the most in depth and personal details of every site we visited from Chinchero, Moray and Machu Picchu to the last 2 Treks to Humanity Lake and Rainbow Mountain. Each day began earlier so we had the benefit of less traffic and crowds. Airport transfers and hotel check ins went smoothly. The entire staff from drivers to Hotel employees were friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Victor at the Cusco Jungle who recognized I was not moving well after the Humantay Lake trek. He went out of his way to exchange money and shop for me while I was recuperating in my room. Regional meals provided during each excursion were plentiful and delicious. Overall this was a great experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting the Cusco/Machu Picchu area.

  Great once in a life time trip. The tour company was great, excellent customer service, well organized. Always availible through Whats app during trip for questions/concerns. Tips: allow 2 days to acclimate, altitude sickness is a real thing 1st day long 12 hours but amazing, got back at 9 pm, hard to do Rainbow mountains the next day at 430 am we had to skip it. The day spent in cusco was amazing though. the mountain road to hydroelectrica was terrifying, I would recommend taking bus then train to aguas calientes. Google the mountain road, it is one of the worlds top 10 deadliest ( we didnt know this till after) Also if you dont want to hike 3 hours from hydroelectrica to aguas calientes along the railroad tracks make sure the train will let you buy a ticket. We got there in time for the 430 last train but they wouldnt let us buy a ticket because it was a "peruvian only train" it was half empty. Tour guide couldnt tell us why. I would spend another day in aguas calientes, it is a great city with hot springs. Machu Pichu was beyond words, great guide to the site was supplied.

  The tour isn't a group tour where you travel with the same people all week. It is a series of day tours organized by the guide. My trip was fantastic. There was just one mix up where the tour company for the day, didn't pick me up at the appointed time. I messaged Luciana and she sorted it out within about 15 mins.
