my time with G-Adventures on the mt toubkal trek was superb. the guide omar was fantastic and i had a great time.
- Marrakech and Ouzoud Falls Discovery
We had the most beautiful trip to Ouzoud. Our driver, Ismail, was very accommodating and made sure we were at ease at all time. We had a very nice chat on the way to and back from Ouzoud which made the 3 hour trip much more pleasant. We then went on to the waterfalls where we were again met with two guides; one French and one English speaking. Everything went as planned and Aziz showed us all the wonderful things Ouzoud had to offer. From the monkeys to the waterfalls. No dull moment. We will definitely make use of their services again.
- Winter Toubkal Trek (4 days)
Brilliant 4 day winter trek of Toubkal and exploring Imlil and the surrounding area. Omar was an awesome guide who made us feel very safe. The summit in winter is tough (make sure you bring some of your own snacks as the breakfast on summit day in the refuge is a little lacking). Accommodation on the last day at Riad Oussagou in Imlil was amazing - the Mountain Refuge is very basic but mostly functional - not hot water and cold in the rooms but it is half way up a mountain after all. Beautiful scenery and so many friendly and interesting locals. Amazing way to spend Christmas!

"Our trip was absolutely fantastic! All our guides and drivers were so kinda and helpful and the agency was super responsive when messaging us. The Riad we stayed in was beautiful as well and in a fantastic location. 10/10 experience!!!

"I booked this tour through tourradar. I paid $575 CAD which is equivalent to €380. When I arrived to the pick up point I was informed that I would be spending 2 nights in the desert. At this point, I didn’t know what that would mean. It then became apparent that I was on a tour promotied by a hostel for €80. They were adding a night in the desert to make it up to 3 nights. The only problem is that I would be left there alone. Everyone else was leaving on the morning of day 3. I contacted tourradar several times. No response. I finally found a live chat directly to across Africa. They tried to deny everything until I was able to prove that I was on the wrong tour and had been cheated. Then they disappeared and silence from then on. Really poor. Really ruined my holiday.
