"The facilities and crew were excellent. The food, bar staff and housekeeping were amazing but the lack of opportunities to undertake any tours as they were all pre booked was very disappointing. The cruise guide Tatiana was very polite and friendly but as we had no tours it would be hard to rate so my rating is purely on the lack of opportunity to do tours. The entertainer was great and really tried to get people involved and dancing. A suggestion would be to have spots available for all guests on board for any tours you offer or don’t do tours ?? Regards Anthony Hollis
