Our tour guide Guilerme was super knowledgable and helpful during our tour. At first I was a bit hesistant going to a country where I dont speak the languauge, but with intrepid I felt confident in exploring the city. I really appreciated intrepid being able to schedule pickups and dropoffs as needed. The experience was amazing and hope to come back to Brazil soon!
The tour very good , the hotel very Bad smell bad ( no towels no soap hotel like jail ( omg) we book after the tour next day about 0.1 miles name Mirasol Hotel only 45$ day but super clean feel 4 star Hotel the Tour should give the customers like this hotel if have to rate a little it fine ! "It was fun but the hotel was not good choice, the hotel across the street the America Hotel is much better choice, it is cleaner and better facilities, most important it is cheaper. I wish G have more detail Daily activities schedules posted everyday.

"The guides were excellent, being local they were very knowledgeable and passionate about Rio and Brazil, the places and events we went to were amazing and well planned. The hotel was very good and in the best location for carnival. The only reason I gave it a good and not an excellent rating was they used a 3rd party for the actual samba drome event. It was disorganised and the lady running it was rude and not nice to her own staff as well as us, the intrepid tour guides that we had all week were not allowed with us which made it very difficult. Hopefully from our feedback they will not use them again. Otherwise highly recommended this tour.
