Excellent tour. Really couldn't be happier with the people (guides), the locations we went, the food at the Carretão, the hotel Windsor Excelsior, the drivers, etc. etc. I definitely would recommend this tour with the limited days we had in Rio. Glad I found TourRadar!!!
- by Victoria Regina Ferrara-HammerleTour to sugar loaf mountain and Christ redeemer were an excellent experiences by Warley. His experiences and sense of humor had made us feel comfortable and fun. I am glad that Wardley is our tour guide. Tk

Great experience, staff always helpful and caring. Good range of activities.
- by Joana Da Rocha Marques dos SantosJorge and his crew were awesome. We had a great time. There was a last minute hotel change to a less attractive hotel (with no reimbursement) but the overall experience was still great.

The guides were excellent, being local they were very knowledgeable and passionate about Rio and Brazil, the places and events we went to were amazing and well planned. The hotel was very good and in the best location for carnival. The only reason I gave it a good and not an excellent rating was they used a 3rd party for the actual samba drome event. It was disorganised and the lady running it was rude and not nice to her own staff as well as us, the intrepid tour guides that we had all week were not allowed with us which made it very difficult. Hopefully from our feedback they will not use them again. Otherwise highly recommended this tour.
- by Gemma HeadOur tour guide Guilerme was super knowledgable and helpful during our tour. At first I was a bit hesistant going to a country where I dont speak the languauge, but with intrepid I felt confident in exploring the city. I really appreciated intrepid being able to schedule pickups and dropoffs as needed. The experience was amazing and hope to come back to Brazil soon!

I highly recomend the service. We were picked up at the Airport and the next day we had a very nice day tour called Big dude tour. All included in the package. It was a good way to arrive in Rio in a safe way!

I liked the journey very much! I wasn't expecting this full Service, including Transport to and from the bus, to be honest. It was nice, but wouldn't be necessary. Usually I would have tried to do alot without a guide, but as it was a spontaneous trip, that was the only option for me, also considering that I don't speak Portuguese. Everybody was overwhelmingly nice!! I'd recommend for future trips and customers not to go to aguas Clara's, or at least not at weekends as it was crowded a lot! Maybe make a bike tour of that, that would be a nice change. You could also promote some more adventure for the trips as you have tyrolesa, jumps in the water etc. Etc. I'm not sure if the 2 day trip eventually was the right choice for me, but everyone else loved it and said it was the best. I loved the most the sossego. For the trips where carry-on food is provided probably ask what someone likes to eat... some was great, others not so much 😅 All together I can highly recommend the trip an the service!!
- by Konstantin HaGuillame and Talus were both both excellent guides, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and open to exchanging stories. Both have good English with Talus's being excellent. The refugios leave something to be desired. The buildings are kept basically clean but are damp. The mattresses were saggy and I suspect the bites we had were bed bugs. We realise, that this is not something that Nattrip is directly responsible for but perhaps sleeping maps would be better and the mattresses removed. The walk was wonderful none the less due to the spectacular environment and guides and is recommended to those happy to have a little discomfort to experience this wonderful landscape.

It’s ok. It rained a lot of time so we didn’t get to see what we came for. LATAM airlines changed our flight so we missed one night in Rio which was paid for already. Then I had to pay extra night at Sao Paulo because of LATAM charges.
- by Maria BaguioExcellent tour. Had to pay extra to go to Sugarloaf which surprised me. Also, I originally booked for double occupancy and had to pay extra for single occupancy because my daughter could not make the trip. Isn't it cheaper for the operator to have only one person rather than two on the tour (which I had paid for)? Why should I have to pay an extra $100 for just one person? That was a ripoff..
