    The 8-day tour was very good. I had the pleasure of being guided by Neil and Fergie, who were both brilliant gentlemen with great stories and were very knowledgeable. Both busses were in excellent condition. I did have some complaints about some of the accommodation, and I was under the impression there was a full scottish breakfast every morning, which it turns out was not the case. I brought both these concerns up with Highland Experience face-to-face and my feedback was taken on board in a professional and appreciative manner. I would highly rate Highland Experience!

    Fantastic, fun filled trip. We had Tommie for the first four days, what a character! Informative, flexible with the schedule, to accommodate the weather, and just fun. The group of 15 blended so well. i do not know when i have had such fun. Learned a lot of history. Safe courteous driver. The last four days, we had Rory, another character, kept us on our toes. Again safe driving, flexible with the schedule, as we had quite a bit of rain. Great with the history, and it was very informative.

    We shall always remember the 8 day tour of the far north, Skye and outer Hebridies. The first part of the tour was with driver/guide Tommy. A most excellent guide and person. He has a big personality and knows his history and it shows his devotion and passion for Scotland. Our whole group enjoyed the banter back and forth it made for a great time. The stories and wonderful Scottish music added pure joy to this memorable trip. Anyone going on his tours is in for a treat. 5 stars all the way!!! Norm & Lasha MacLeod (Canadians) The second part of the tour was with Rory, a fine driver and guide; very knowledgeable, great personality and did us a great favor at Stornoway.     "Tour guide and bus driver were both excellent. Starting hotel was terrible and no where near the main area of Edinburgh. Breakfast there was a granola bar, croissant in a plastic wrap, a yogurt, and a juice box. Our hotel room in Inverness had a leaky ceiling which we reported to the front desk right away. They said they sent maintenance to fix the issue, but that evening it was leaking again. G Adventures itinerary is not reflective of the actual tour and for many extra activities listed there was no time to do them even if we had wanted to. Isle of Skye was a real highlight along with Inverness. We only received our tour vouchers the night before we left Canada and we had to call to get it. We will not consider G Adventures for any of our future travel needs.
