Good tour guide. Most hotels were good except for Arcotel in Salsburg, AC hotel in Innsbruck and the Astoria in Luzern. Food service at all three was less than desirable, especially in Lucerne. Lana was very helpful when we I got sick with Covid, but nothing she could really do when I tested positive in Lucern.
Everything was great, except couldn’t use bath room on tour bus
