The tour guides and transportation between islands were 10/10. The hotel options leave much to be desired, especially after requesting an upgrades. I was very disappointed with the upgraded room in Santorini and checked out immediately and booked elsewhere. The "4-star" hotel was dingy, pool with 80 year old grandma sporting a thong (not joking), housekeeping mopping tile floor during buffet breakfast, shower in room with peeling paint, airplanes flying overhead constantly not to mention the off the beaten path location. We ended up at the Volcano View Hotel which was the highlight of hotel stay and would recommend to anyone.

Dot Travel organized our self guided tour of Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, and Crete. All aspects of our holiday was covered from hotel and ferry reservations, transfers, and tour guides. The hotels were charming boutiques and in excellent locations. The vans were comfortable for the 6 of us and the drivers were always on time. Tours on each of the islands were arranged and the tour guides were professional and very knowledgeable. We all agreed our holiday was perfect and Dot Travel met our every need. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in Greece.

"Overall, organization of the trip was pretty good with great support from the team. The only improvement I suggest, is to be more careful about sending instructions for the next day tours and meeting points. If I did not read the whole trip itinerary, I would have missed a mistake in instructions sent to me one night. However, the response from the team was timely and everything went well. Also, it would be great if tour operators found a way to alert guests that a pick up was being delayed due to the unforeseen circumstances. It would eliminate all the guessing and concerns while waiting for a pick up.
