Every little detail was spot on! The pick-ups, tours and transfer arranged by Tour Radar were timely and allowed me to enjoy the trip.

Overall, organization of the trip was pretty good with great support from the team. The only improvement I suggest, is to be more careful about sending instructions for the next day tours and meeting points. If I did not read the whole trip itinerary, I would have missed a mistake in instructions sent to me one night. However, the response from the team was timely and everything went well. Also, it would be great if tour operators found a way to alert guests that a pick up was being delayed due to the unforeseen circumstances. It would eliminate all the guessing and concerns while waiting for a pick up.

The customer service was excellent. I didn't realise that Wanderful Holidays would be checking us in for ferry crossings, internal flights, tours etc. Taking this off our hands was a lovely added bonus. All transfers happened very smoothly. One of our tours was cancelled at very short notice and Wanderful Holidays managed to book us on another identical tour. When the operator charged us for entrance fees (which were included in the cancelled tour) Wanderful Holidays refunded us the costs within 24 hours. Our accommodation in Mykonos was outstanding. i have removed 1 star because the accommodation in Athens, in my opinion, was more suited to business travel than holiday travel and the location could have been better. In saying that the accommodation was clean and breakfast included. Accommodation in Santorini - this is a tough one to review. This is a family run, traditional Greek hotel and the rooms are in need of an update. However ,the hospitality shown by the host is second to none. George and his family are amazing hosts. The location is a long way from Fira or Oia BUT Kamari is lovely and on the beach. I agree with a previous review that an extra day in Athens and at least one extra day in Santorini (due to the location of the hotel) would be better. Overall I would recommend Wanderful Holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

It was an expansive trip for 5 days, but it was worth it. Santorini and Mykonos are overpriced anyway. The service of the company was excellent.

Travelers be warned!!! The hotels chosen by ClickTours were deplorable. We were told by a Tourradar representative that there is no flexibility once tours are set, meaning nothing can be changed. Can you imagine having to sleep in a hotel room with roaches crawling on the wall? Well, my family was in such a room at the Crystal City hotel in Athens, Greece with pictures to prove it. On our return from Santorini, the other hotel room assigned to us was noisy since it was in the center near their AC unit, so we requested a room change. The last room given to us had a strong cigarette odor and since it was converted into a 3-sleeper, we literally could not move around in the room. This hotel needs to be closed down, fumigated and renovated. The worst hotel that I have ever stayed and I have had the opportunity to travel to over 34 countries. See the attached photos. The hotel chosen by Click Tours in Santorini, Makarios Hotel, had mold and mildew in the pool. Since the tour that we had chosen was rather pricey at $5600, we expected cleaner hotels. These hotels chosen by this tour operator pose a health risk for travelers. We will research and book our travels in the future and vow not to use these services ever again!

I love to travel abroad. This is my first experience with TourRadar. I was aware that flights were my responsibility, so I timed everything precisely. My kids and my experience in Athens, Mikonos and Santorini was incredible and easy. Your trained hosts were always on time, very polite and accommodating. They always greeted us at each spot, told us about our hotel and places of interest. We were shuttled to our hotels, loved the accommodations you provided. Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable experience.

Amazing experience! The island hopping package we booked was absolutely perfect! We chose to visit Athens, Santorini and Mykonos. we are really happy with the customer service, especially with ALEX, who responded and provided timely responses when any questions were raised. The transfers were on time waiting for us and the hotels were great, with only one exception. Titania hotel did not accommodate us according to our arrival at 8am after a long overnight flight, having young children, which really impacted us. The islands were absolutely amazing. Overall, everything was great. I wouldn’t change anything! Thank you very much Eskapas for this amazing experience!

Everything about our tour was planned perfectly. All staff we encountered were prompt, friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Everything was seamlessly organised and made for easy transitions between the airport, hotel, tour pick ups, and island transfers. The overview with Dimitris was excellent and he gave me a lot of ideas for things to do and see.

Overall the trip was quite successful! The excursions and scheduled activities were all excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The island of Delos and the volcano/hot springs tours we especially wonderful, and our time spent on these activities was very well spent. The communication and planning of all these activities (itinerary, provided tickets and documents) was executed very well, and the team assisting with the trip was prompt and professional in their communication with us at all points of the trip. Our dedicated WhatsApp was such a valuable resource and we always felt like help was just a text away if there were any issues we knew our trip's team could help out with. However there was some issues surrounding transportation on and between the islands. The ferry services between the islands was unreliable and resulted in lost time or stress while traveling. Our ferry from Mykonos to Santorini was two hours late, and this resulted in losing much of the free time we had allocated for that day. Our ferry from Santorini to Athens arrived one hour late and almost caused us to miss our ticket window for our acropolis tour. Perhaps the only reason we made it was because of aggressively leaving the ship and being able-bodied enough to RUN uphill to the Parthenon. Overall, it should be assumed that these ferries will run late when scheduling future travel. Personally, we would have preferred the absolute earliest ferries off each island to ensure maximum time at the next destination, in exchange for more time to sleep in. The bus systems on both Mykonos and Santorini were very troublesome. There were no maps, time schedules were varied and often not timely, payment for bus rides was at the discretion of the driver or station, and overall felt very unorganized.This made it difficult to truly explore the islands because the method of doing so was stressful and difficult to navigate. The two of us have no issue walking most places, but given the hilly terrain and complete lack of sidewalks this did not feel like a valid option or at times felt dangerous. The hotel on Santorini was technically centrally located, but the lack of public transportation and terrain of the island more or less left us stranded. Our first night on Santorini was disappointing both because of our arrival time and location. Being centrally located on these islands is overall less of a benefit than being seaside and/or near known attractions (beaches being one of the main tourist attractions). We also wish we had one more day on Santorini for a wine tour because of the vibrant and unique wines on the island. More detail, advice, or factoring these into itineraries would have greatly improved our experience or this same trip for future customers.

AWFUL HOTELS. 1- first hotel is very far from the airport, I assume for you guys to save money 2-Second hotel in syros, I didn't even have a mattress. it was just like a raised mat 3- Third hotel In mykonos was not bad 4th hotel in Santorini was beyond awful ! it's in between other buildings, my room smelled so awful like sewers . and it made me light headed the entire 2 days.

Highly recommend trutravels. It was fun, exciting, good balance between exploring and relaxing. The group was smaller than another tour I went on, which made it much more enjoyable and made the whole group closer. I will def be booking with trutravels again in the near future.

The tour was amazing, Greece is so beautiful, so many lovely beaches, sunsets, insanely good food and even better company. Our tour guide Will was legitimately the best, I've been on our try travels tours and other group tours but this was the best and Will took the time to make sure of that. Best 30th birthday trip ever

Din’t Like at all the Tour

We expect that Bamba Experience will follow up with us and discuss compensation for the tour that we were given that was not as described and promised to us. We paid for 4 star accommodations but were given 2 and 3 star accommodations. We trusted that the trip description would be exact but in fact it was not. In making package choices, we were offered different levels, having chosen the 4 star accommodations, that we paid for in advance, but we were given a lower level.

Both stefanos and Costas were great tour guides. Loved having the option to do a lot of things or take it easy on the beach. Travelling in a group made my tour of Greece more fun and safe

The tour exceeded my expectations and was great value for money. There was lots of free time and didn't feel rushed. Our tour guide Vaso was exceptional and went above and beyond with everything. She had a great attitude and was fun too. The tour had a good mix of ages and nationalities. Restaurants and food was excellent and we had an amazing group. Lovely memories!
