- SCSRABANI· November 1st, 2024All good except that someone offboarded a luggage of ours at Mykonos port on our way back from Santorini to Athens in a Seajet fast ferry. The person who mistakenly took it returned it back to the port authorities. However it couldn't be returned to us as we were due to fly back the next day. Here we come back home to Sydney with a luggage piece full of dress and travel accessories missing. Don't know how and when it will be shipped back. The ferry operators in Greece who insist that luggage be kept in the luggage bay should enforce a tagging system so that people don't walk aways with another person's luggage.Show more

Dilimar (Athens) & Jenny (Mykonos) were great - booking additional hotel rooms, all the transportation, additional tours and providing recommendations on things to do and where to eat. All transportation & tours were on time. The hotels in Mykonos and Santorini were great. Would be nice to have a hotel option in Santorini for Fira or Oia. Presidents Hotel in Athens was nice, however far away from sights. Train station was in close walking distance. No place to sit on the rooftop unless you buy something at the restaurant or pay for a lounge chair at the pool. This is not a resort & should not have to pay for a chair and you’re told to leave at 7 pm when the pool closes. The tour of Mykonos was a waste of time and there’s no need to visit Paradise beach. Extra hotel nights & tours were arranged, and information on restaurants & sights were given. Hotels were really nice, and all transfers were on time. Loved the hotel in Mykonos, close to the beach & bus. Tour of Mykonos was the only negative, feel that it was unnecessary, & definitely did not need to go to Paradise beach. Would be better off offering a tour to Delos, which Jenny arranged for us & we loved it. - Sherry· September 19th, 2024The tour guides and transportation between islands were 10/10. The hotel options leave much to be desired, especially after requesting an upgrades. I was very disappointed with the upgraded room in Santorini and checked out immediately and booked elsewhere. The "4-star" hotel was dingy, pool with 80 year old grandma sporting a thong (not joking), housekeeping mopping tile floor during buffet breakfast, shower in room with peeling paint, airplanes flying overhead constantly not to mention the off the beaten path location.
