All aspects of our holiday was covered from hotel and ferry reservations, transfers, and tour guides. The hotels were charming boutiques and in excellent locations. The vans were comfortable for the 6 of us and the drivers were always on time. Tours on each of the islands were arranged and the tour guides were professional and very knowledgeable. We all agreed our holiday was perfect and Dot Travel met our every need. The hotel in Santorini was billed as a 'beach hotel'. Not sure why when there was no beach view and the beach was at least 15 minutes away. We also had a major issue with that hotel. The hotels were small, the staff at some hotels were very friendly and informative and some were not. Two of the hotels upon arrival were not ready for our group. Keiyala· August 16th, 2024My experience was terrible, the hotels were filthy, the hotel staff were extremely rude. One of the ferry rides was extremely late and the gate switched we were never notified of any of this. the driver put us out of a vehicle with all of our luggage and no direction on how to find the hotel in Athens. During my stay in Santorini there was an issue with the door where I did not have access to my room or my belongings and had to sleep in the lobby overnight. The staff had no urgency to assist, compensate or apologize. I climbed 3 balconies and injured myself to go through the balcony door because of a key malfunction on the hotel. do not book this tour. They arranged all the ferries to each island, transportation to and from the airport. Our hotels were all very nice, especially the location of Athens and Santorini. We would have like to have been more in town when in Mykonos. Highly recommend!
