I have had the pleasure of Luke's quirky tour ways twice and can say that he is very informative of all the destinations. I suffer some medical issues and he was very good with me and accomadating to me and to other fellow travellers.
- by Pat HosonLuke is such a great guide. He is always full of enthusiasm which rubs off on everyone around him. Fantastic at storytelling, and just a real joy to be hanging out with.

I have a terrible experience with our tour guide in this tour. This is the 1st time that I have a terrible experience with a tour guide. He was incompetent, not knowledgeable with history. On a led orientation walk, He explaination was so confusing and after the sentence, not explaining properly he would say whatever or blahblahblah so I end up googling it myself whereI am not suppose to bec we have tour guide to explain to but no , We were from another country we do not know his country so if we asked him a placeto buy stuff close to the hotel where to go he only say just google it or I don’t know or hewould just shrug his shoulder. And we do not know all details for plan the next day too too confusing. I feel I do not like to go with Intrepid again after this horrible experience
- by sandeeFirst the positive. Olbia, Maddalena, and Bonifacio are beautiful. The waters are crystal clear. The sailing is amazing. The approach to Corsica is particularly stunning. The captain was extremely competent and we always felt safe. We only had 3 people plus the captain on the boat, which made the accommodations comfortable enough (8 people would have been way too many for me). On the not so positive side, the beaches were just ok and the snorkeling was unimpressive. We did not experience any walking trails nor much wild life. Breakfasts and lunches were all on the boat, as were 4 dinners. It was not our understanding that, literally, the captain’s only responsibility was to sail the boat. He didn’t help with paying for, preparing, or cleaning up after meals. With only the 3 passengers, this meant that on our vacation, we took care of him. We called him when lunch/dinner was ready and cleaned his dishes when we were all done. He didn’t seem particularly appreciative nor did he reciprocate in any way. He didn’t offer tips on walking trails or comment on wild life opportunities. He took the zodiac out once, on request. Basically, he dropped anchor and we were on our own. Overall, it was a beautiful trip but it didn’t totally live up to the expectations set by the itinerary.

Everything was well organized. We had a great guide who knew the history of Turkey during the 2nd World War. The places we went to were very impressive. The hotels were fine .we had a very comfortable bus with wifi during the whole trip.
- by Ethlyn LourensIt was a nice trip overall. I travelled with my wife and 14 years old son. Everything run smoothly. Hotels were better than 4-star in some cities in Ankara and Pamukkale. Food was mediocre. The guide and driver were awesome! Thank you

Areas we travelled were amazing! Beaches of Southern Italy were mind blowing! I liked the mix of free time on our own activities.
- by Smyth BorgThis was a very interesting tour where we covered a lot of ground - literally. Our guide Jorge was very knowledgeable and organized and gave us a lot of information especially on the history of Portugal. Our accommodations were good, and several of the meals provided were memorable due to the lovely locations where we enjoyed them. This was a very busy tour - the pace was fast with a lot of walking.

I took the tour starting in Athens and saw the Southwestern sections of the peloponnesian and of Greece. I loved every moment of it, it was a turn in history. I met some very nice people as well. Stayed at some great hotels especially the amali in Delphi
- by Valerie Crawford MeyerThis tour of Sicily by Click Tours was extremely well done with a great array of activities. There were 4 couples in the group, and we all got along so well, that we went out as a group every night for dinner. My favorite activities were the Godfather tour, the town of Taormina, lunch at the winery, and the fact that all hotels were in the heart of the city. My least favorite was the trip to the top of Mount Etna, where the guide walked so fast, we never found him at the top of the mountain, and there was really not much to see. Breathing at altitude was a problem for 6/8 of us. If you go a day early, you can eat at the Taormina Four Seasons and relive the scenes from White Lotus. We had a great time and will use this company again for sure.

Our tour leader was great, bus driver included but the tour sucked, some places you got next to no time at, travelling on the bus takes up a huge amount of your time when moving place to place. Accomodation was terrible, beds were 2 singles pushed together at numerous hotels, hotel location was so far out of town you lost time travelling in and out which time isn't on your side due to not being I'm places long which you were already tired from being on the bus so that didn't help. We had black mould in a lot of our bathrooms across the whole trip. Food wasn't always great either, the breakfast weren't to bad some hotels better then others but the included dinners sometimes were not worth it at all and I don't even want to imagine the mark up topdeck are putting on this dinners.

Compared to my last trip with you last year, I can say that it was acceptable, the tour guides were perfect despite changing them several times, the hotel was not good at all in Rome (cleanliness and staff attitude), the buses were in good condition on all trips but The buses were in good condition on all trips but unfortunately the buses were very crowded and they kept changing the buses and mixing the groups almost daily which caused some confusion!!!!!! I just want to say a big thank you to Hugo and Matheus for their excellent support and guidance throughout the trip, and finally thank you for your services Regards Mohamed Radwan
- by Mohamed RadwanYes ...the tour was fantastic... Very well organized... Hotels are fantastic... Best of all the guide K.N.Bijo...he was the best guide I came across... He is very knowledgeable... friendly... I was amazed by his multitasking abilities at the same time giving best friendly service lvto fellow passengers... I like to mention one particular service he provided... I accidentally forgot to pick up my main luggage at Copenhagen hotel... All my important staffs were there... He worked with me constantly to get the luggage back.. but as ups is not able to deliver the luggage on time.. he talked to the management of Copenhagen hotel to keep it in safe custody.. eventually after a month when tour ends. I picked up the luggage from hotel. .during an after the tour ... He was communicating with hotel about the luggage and provided updates to me.... I think he went beyond his regular duty to help a fellow passengers.. his always similing compassionate face is engraved in my mind...In my opinion I will definitely tell that he is the best tour guide and I am grateful to Tour radar for providing best of best service...prabir saha

This trip was really great. Eraldo, a skilled and friendly driver, made it even more enjoyable with his social and happy demeanor, turning the journey into a fun experience despite the traffic and steep roads. Budva and Kotor are stunning, with beautiful mountains and picturesque landscapes. It was truly an amazing trip.
- by srilakshmi kandaOur guide Toni was excellent, offering a lot of knowledge and great care. I'm very happy with the experience. Toni provided a lot of historical insight about Albania and Macedonia. I strongly recommend this trip. My 5-year-old daughter also enjoyed the trip. Thank you Albania Tour operator Sirma for your support. You are always available and responsive. Overall it was a great experience and an awesome memory.

Most of the trip was good. We had a problem when the first hotel was changed and we were given bunk beds, but a text to Palma fixed that. .
- by JoanneCommunication could have been a lot better. For instance our tour group was advised that a meet and greet session was to take place on the day before the tour started. It did not happen and there was no notification. The tour minivan was much too small for 8 people. We were all aged 70s and 80s and squashed into a small van, 3 to a seat. It was also difficult for some of us to negotiate a tight squeeze to get into the van. Those of us in the back seat could not hear anything the guide was saying which is the whole point of doing a tour and gaining information on what you are seeing. The guide should have had microphone equipment. The places we visited were fabulous and well thought out for a good tour of Slovenia. The guide was first class and we could not fault him. He was well organised, very helpful and flexible and well knowledged on the areas we visited. Highly enthusiastic. He was the best guide I have ever met or heard on a tour.

I had a really good trip with our amazing guide Simon and driver Zoki! The weather was not ideal but overall a great trip!
- by AbbyGreat tour, amazing main guide (Simon is just unbelievable, fantastic and safe driver (Zoki is a treasure). I liked the "modest" hotels more than the chains for the personal approach, I did not enjoy the smell of smoke in some of the hotels (!). The landscapes are enchanting if you ignore the remains of communist buildings, the stories are poignant, the cultures are unique, beautiful, hospitable and rich (which negates the need to claim others' successes). The group was just great people I hope I can call friends. The whole thing was an eye-opener worth every second of the trip.

This was a combined trip/s from Berlin to Budapest and then Budapest to Spit so I had an experience with two different tour groups. The scenery and history is explained so well by our tour guide and learning more about the Serb/Bosnian war was invaluable. Auschwitch was cold, wet and raining and it depicted the conditions under which these people had to survive. Very moving day indeed for all. Budapest has such beautiful scenery and lovely icecream, cakes and chocolates! Spit is a walled city and I was there before the crowds which made it more comfortable for all.
