As a company, we stand by both our successes and challenges, but in this case, if you do not arrive at the predetermined locations on time, we are not responsible for this. The itinerary and schedule are clearly set. If you cannot manage your own time effectively, the agency cannot be held accountable. Our role is to arrange the system on your behalf, but whether or not you participate depends on your time management. Unfortunately, we cannot provide training in this regard. Dear Leah, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. There was a delay with the Dubrovnik transfer due to vehicle documentation issues, but we monitored the situation closely throughout. If you had informed the guide about the stained sheets, we would have been happy to replace them. You met with your guide on the second day, and he even shared a positive photo of you during dinner. We provided a private airport transfer quote from a local professional transport company. The service you compared it to is one of the cheapest online taxi options globally. If we had provided service from them we are sure you would have written that you received cheap service from them.
