Gorilla Trekking Reviews
- Experience Uganda Gorilla Trekking, Chimps, Big 5 & Big Cats (Exclusively Private)
Nicholas the managing director of Devine African Safaris came highly recommended from my brothers who used their services in 2019. We contacted him and from his timely and detailed response, we knew that we were in the hands of a professional. We agreed to the 4 days safari and gorillas tracking in Uganda where permits and lodging costs were substantially lower. Our guide William was knowledgeable and very accommodating. His expertise and friendly personality made our experience enjoyable. We made the right choice in selecting an experienced company with great vehicles and an experienced guide

My wife and I contacted Devine African Safaris who helped us plan a last minute trip to Kibale, Queen Elizabeth and Bwindi parks in Uganda . From our first communication with Nicholas I knew I was dealing with professionals from the prompt responses and detailed information on the various options. Chris was our driver for the 5 days trip and he was amazing. He did great in Queen Elizabeth and Kibale and also arranged a shorter gorilla trek as we are not very athletic. We thank Nicholas and Chris for our great experience in Uganda.
- The Absolute Safari
After Zanzibar we joined with Wiley, JB and Vee. I can’t say I had a better 43 days in Africa. These two tour leaders/driver are absolutely amazing and an asset to Absolute and work as a brilliant team together. They work so hard day in and day out. Even on long days of driving JB and Vee would be there at the end of the day- happy with a great smile on their faces. Vee always gave us brilliant Plan for tomorrow (PFT) and we would always know how far we were going, what time were expected to arrive places etc. She also gave us some talks about the various countries, places we were visiting- always very interesting. Vee always took on the role of cooking etc- we helped out but she would always come up with some brilliant ideas and tasty meals to cook. Vee is such a great tour leader- always prepared and just brilliant and such a lovely person!
