- Vietnam Hike, Bike & Kayak
Excellent tour! Our 10 days included time in Saigon, Hoi An, Hue, Hanoi, Mai Chao, and Halong Bay and in-country transport via bus, taxi, plane, train, and boat. The accommodations were all good to excellent and the activities well-planned and meaningful. Dang, our CEO, deserves kudos for a job well done. His love for Vietnam and excellent management skills made for a great tour.
- Inca Jungle Trek to Machu Picchu 4D/3N (Biking, Zip-Line & Rafting)
We went on the jungle trek back in November with a guide called Edwin. Originally we were slightly annoyed by the fact that we’d paid 4 times the amount than other people who had booked the tour from local companies, but after the tour we soon realised why. The accommodation for starters was at a very high standard and the food surpassed all of our expectations, we were extremely impressed! On the final evening we stayed in Aguas Calientes, the town at the foot of Machu Picchu, and the hotel was complete luxury-whilst other tours stayed in small guest houses. There were only 4 people in our tour group which meant that Edwin could answer all of our questions and we didn’t spend any time waiting around like you would in a large group. In terms of transport, it was always on time and comfortable and we had the extra bonus of getting the bus up to Machu Picchu (it’s an hour walk to get up to the entrance, which meant we could preserve our energy for Machu Mountain which is definitely worth a visit) and then the train back after the trek. Most other groups had to walk another 2 hours after and more or less make their own way back to Cusco. The extra activities were amazing, white water rafting was fun and the zip lining was even better, really got the adrenaline pumping! Our tour guide was exceptional, very knowledgeable and passionate about his Inca culture and put 100% into everything he done. To summarise, we started off thinking we’d had a bad deal with the price of the tour, but by the time we had finished we completely understood why it cost so much more than the other tours- and I would definitely have done it all again! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the fact that we still had to pay for the extra activities when a lot of other groups had them included, but other than that it was money very well spent and I’d recommend this tour to anyone- especially the adventure type!
- 7 Day Inca Jungle Adventure To Machu Picchu with Mountain Bike, Rafting, Zip Line and Trek.
My wife and I had a great time adventuring around Cusco and Machu Picchu. The hiking was especially enjoyable. Rafting was cancelled due to rough water, but everything else ran like clockwork. Jonathan was helpful and attentive. Food was delicious! Would recommend without hesitation.
