Took the Eastern capitals and Dalmatian Riviera tour with Insight Vacations from 9-16-17 to 9-30-17. Our tour guide Sharon Tooman was outstanding. Her knowledge of the places we visited, her patience with our slower senior members and her grace under fire with a very difficult travel mate was commendable. This tour was a trip of a life time all due to the skills of this wonderful women. I will never forget her. Thank you Insight having her on this journey.

There was no introduction made, the group participants should have at least been introduced to each other.While Evan was amasing, the local city guides were not particularly good. Walked too fast for the group, yet stopped at various points to share information not waiting for the group to gather felt pretty much " dumped" in cities after a short tour. I realize all the lengthy border crossing did impact the time. Quick stop for snacks / lavatory with4 or more coaches were not pleasant. Seems that there were plenty of other opportunities for stops.

I enjoyed this unique experience. Professional tour guides, excellent accommodation, and well paced itinerary. Never a dull moments, but be prepared for long bus rides with no bathroom break in-between.
