What people love about Self-Guided Tours in Croatia
- The Best Of Zadar Region - Self-guided Cycling Vacation - 8 Days
Very nice tour. Happy with the quality of the bikes and routes on the tour.
- Best of Croatia 11 Days, Self-Drive
Overall good. The only issue was lack of free parking at some hotels In Zagreb had a pay a large amount to park the car at the airport, which did not need until we left Zagreb 2 nights later. While parked outside the hotel some locals deliberately scratched the hire car with a key or screw driver. It would have been much better if the hire car was delivered to hotel the morning that we departing Zagreb
- Croatia Island Hop & Stop - 8 days
We really enjoyed our "8 day Croatia Island Hop & Stop". We knew that the "tour" included accommodation and transfers only (i.e.: no tour guide and we were responsible for planning our activities each day) - which was pretty much exactly what we wanted. We kind of assumed that we'd be travelling with other people on the same "tour". But if fact it was just us. At the end of our incoming flight, and each subsequent ferry trip, we were met by a person that got us to the next hotel (a taxi essentially) and then later, a person would collect us and take us to the next ferry/flight. It all worked smoothly. The accommodation varied from "pretty average" to excellent. The breakfasts varied similarly. We "customised the tour by adding an extra day in Split. In retrospect we should have added an extra day in Hvar. Would I recommend it? 100%
