We had some issues with communication and booking changes that caused some confusion but were resolved. TourRadar says you can book additional tours and excursions for each stop with them, but we were not offered those in advance so we booked our own as we traveled. While parked outside the hotel some locals deliberately scratched the hire car with a key or screw driver.
