I had always wanted to visit India but was always unsure about going on my own. I did a lot of research and found a 5 day tour (due to only 1 weeks holiday left) with Joyful Holidays. On inquiring, Sonia immediately came back to me and put me at ease, for all of my questions I always received an immediate response. My driver collected me from the airport and this was the driver I would have for all of my tour. Shiva, was great - we had a great journey driving around, lots of laughter and also him showing me great points of interest on our long drives - he was great, and made my tour even better. At each city I had a different guide, Dehli, Agra and Jaipur guides were great - I couldn't wish for more! The hotels that were booked were great - considering i was so tired travelling around, it was a bed for the night! the food was great! everything! I cannot complain about anything! I would certainly be visiting India again, and would always book through Joyful Holidays! I highly recommend!

It was a good tour, i see a lot in a short period of time. The owner sonia was nice and made a perfect tour for me. Driver Ajay was very good driver and he manage to navigate well in Indian traffic witch is quite chaotic. I have three guides from Joyful, and they were all good. Only problem in trip was the tigers, who dont want show.
