Overall, I would say the trip was great. Most of our tour guides were just exceptional and I really enjoyed all of the activities we did. The transport between cities and to the different activities was great and almost always on time. My only complaints were that the hotel locations were very bad for guests who don’t have cars and are relying on walking, and that several of the activities did not provide a lot of information ahead of time that would have been very helpful to know.

Overall really good experience in wild nature and efficient support/transportation by staff. Especially Oldemar helped me to resolve problems and questions very quickly and kindly, it was very impressive support. If I have to mention something to improve, since most of daily schedule finished at early time in the afternoon, for active person like me, it was sometimes not enough. Actually, I added 7 local tours during this tour.
My family of 4 just finished this tour in mid-June, Costa Rica's rainy season, and highly recommend it. We had been looking forward to visiting CR for a long time and didn't want the hassle of renting a car/driving or booking transport to different areas of the country and so glad we did. This tour gave us a great overview of many different regions of the country and took so much stress out of booking travel basics. We then added on our own activities in each place. The hotels were lovely, food was good, staff were kind and helpful, and the transports so easy. I would only add that I would not recommend this specific tour for people who want a lot of beach time--pick a different CR tour if that is you. However, we wanted to see the nature and experience the culture so this was perfect for us!
