Out of the 5 people in the group we all had different itineraries. At one point of the the trip our hotel rooms was booked under one persons name, it was a bit of a hassle if we didn’t eat at the same time. There was absolutely communication from the “tour guides” who put the trip together. Several times we had to reach out asking when was our pick up time. - HSHeather· February 24th, 2025We had a good week, some parts were incredible such as our driver Kamal Kumar who we all agreed made the whole week better!! He was a quiet, peaceful & kind gentleman who was so helpful and yet even in crazy Delhi traffic was so patient and made everything smooth and delivered with a smile. Our guides were good especially in Delhi & Raj in Agra but some were not exactly the right fit for us. I wish we were given the fee list sooner so I could have had the correct amount of rupees ready, thank goodness Kamal helped us get to a currency exchange spot too. Our biggest let downs were with our train being cancelled last minute leading to us needing to scramble to pay for flights and an extra hotel night that all needed to be figured out late at night emergent in the middle of our trip and although it seemed obvious to them that the aarti would be cancelled in varanasi because of the festival as well as too crowded for several aspects of the tour visit that city was what I was most excited for and ended up being a bit of a letdown, although I’ll say we loved the Ganges sunrise boat ride.Show moreWorld Travel Experiences commented on this reviewDear Guest, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We were happy with all the places included in the daily itinerary. Unfortunately we were not able to get to Varanasi due to a train cancellation, however, there was a second plan offered by the company. We were really happy with any of the changes made. The agents spoke to us at any point , if there was a concern they fixed it.
