"Driver to pick us came in late andDoes not speak English. The hotel room we stayed after Halong trip was not cleaned yet when we got in the room. They were trying to check out at 12 pm onnFeb 10, and we stated that we are checked till February 11 although we are leaving 11pm. Enjoyed the Halong cruise and half said Hanoi city tour.
