Driver to pick us came in late andDoes not speak English. The hotel room we stayed after Halong trip was not cleaned yet when we got in the room. They were trying to check out at 12 pm onnFeb 10, and we stated that we are checked till February 11 although we are leaving 11pm. Enjoyed the Halong cruise and half said Hanoi city tour.

Tour guides needs more improvement, they need to be more adept to communication in English language.

Vietnam is awesome country in South East Asia, i love Halong bay, crowded city in hustles, busy horn, especially food in the local, lvp travel ⛺ organization is perfect ! I 'd love to return hanoi late next 2019, Cheap services with Old like us....i recommend you should visit Vietnam before you see another neighbors

The tour was well organized. However, the Anise hotel in Hanoi did not match our expectations and. certainly, cannot be considered as a 3-star hotel

I suggest to have activity in the afternoon on the day of pick up.

Mr Ha was very attentive and super polite. He informed us all the time about the itinerary of the day and made us feel very comfortable, which we really appreciated.

Wow! We spent such a great time! First I recommend the 3d2n, because the day tour in Viet hai village is so amazing and 1 night feels like it’s not enough. It was so relaxing, everything was great, the food, activities, the organization, rooms are so comfortable and so is the bathroom. The boat is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Special thank to Nancy, she was our North Star during our stay, she replied to our questions and was very helpful and kind. Thanks a hundred times to all. If you travel with little kids, they will take care of you and it’s doable! We did it with 16 months and 3 years old kids and still we enjoyed.

We did 3 days in Halong on a luxury boat. Unfortunately it was very cold (17 degrees in December, so swimming and kayaking were not nice. The long journey from Hanoi was also unnecessarily interrupted for sales events. The organization on the ship was perfect, unfortunately Asian travel groups behaved as if they were alone on the ship. Everything was very noisy. The lower floor of the ship, where there was a spa, could not be used because the smell from the waste tank was so bad that it made us nauseous. For the day trip we were taken from our ship to the excursion ship by an open boat in the rain(!!!). It was wet, cold and took 20 minutes - an absolute imposition. Halong is completely overrated for my taste. A day trip is perfectly adequate as the rocks always look the same for 3 days. I can't recommend it.

Hera Grand Luxury Cruise was an amazing experience. The 5 course meals were delicious and staff friendly and attentive. Our accommodation was comfortable and gorgeous. Communication with company was prompt and thorough most of the time. Our final transfer had hiccups that were resolved.

It was a good trip. Swallow tour operators took care of everything end to end. Well communicated. 4 starts instead of 5 because the hotel room that was given to us was not we expected in Hanoi. Otherwise, cruise and others are 5stars!

Great impressions from Halong Bay. However, there are a lot of boats on the way. - Well-organized boat trip with an overnight stay. Food very sufficient and tasty, friendly staff.
