Dear Our Value Customer, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to explain to you as follows: December is winter in Vietnam, and the weather is usually cold, often below 15 degrees Celsius. There is an outdoor Jacuzzi on the boat, but very few guests use it due to the cold weather. The cruise has 28 cabins, and guests come from all over the world, with different cultures and customs. I sincerely apologize if this made you uncomfortable. I have received your comments and feedback regarding the service on board, and you rated us almost 5 stars, which indicates excellent service, in contrast to your 2-star rating.
