Ivy was so helpful with getting all of our information sorted and setting up our transportation from Hanoi to the coast. She was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend doing the 3 day/2 night stay because there are many activities and it would probably feel a bit rushed if you were only on board for 2 days. The staff on the boat were friendly and accommodating. The food was good and our cabins were comfortable. Overall a great few days spent out on the water with some amazing adventures!Show more

After making an error with our booking Ivy quickly got in contact and helped rectify it. She also arranged our transport from Halong Bay to Hanoi at a reasonable price. (Our biggest mistake was not booking with her to get to the bay!) The trip itself was a lot of fun. We were on the Athena Luxury cruise which had the same look and feel as the photos (if not better.) The food and activities were good too. The crew and other travellers on our boat made our trip so memorable. My highlight was visiting a private beach after a bike ride on Cat Ba Island and watching the sunrise while doing Tai Chi on the sun deck. The bathroom was spacious, with stable water pressure and temperature, and the food they offer was quite nice. From the moment we contacted the customer service team to interacting with the onboard staff, everyone was friendly, proactive, and provided assistance promptly. This made us feel safe and warm throughout the trip. Over the course of three days, we participated in three kayaking sessions, two swimming activities in the sea, and a bicycle ride. The last day could be made a little more interesting. Tour itself was very well organized, although sometimes the times between activities were quite short.
