The cycle tour exceeded my expectations. The tour was well organized with attention to detail. The rides were exciting and fun with a good variety. . The accommodation and meals were good. Above all the tour leader and the support staff were excellent and provided exemplary service. They anticipated our needs and were responsive.

This was a fantastic tour. I really enjoyed it. From the tour group to the tour guides they all made the trip so enjoyable. The guides were fab Issy, Noon and Mr Black the photogtapher. Would def recommend it.

Great tour with locations you like to see on the way south to Osaka. Unfortunately the guides changed three times but nevertheless.. they all were amazing with great background knowledge. If you wanna have an overview about a part of japan, that's a great tour to book. Maybe I wished the last day would have finished after a bit more in Osaka but maybe others had a flight to catch. Thank you to the great guides I had!!!!

The Saudi Arabian tour was poorly organized.

The itinerary was great, a nice variety between cities and national parks. As well as historical and modern sites. You got a good overview and I would now have the confidence to travel through South Korea on my own to visit some places again. The group was quite large with 17 people. A group with max 12 people would have been better, would also reduce waiting times for upcoming activities. The tour guide was Korean himself and gave good tips for leisure excursions and restaurants. His explanations of how Korea works were also clear and well-founded. Only the daily planning for the next day he could have given earlier and shared in the Whatsapp group so that it is not forgotten and everyone has the information, with such large groups something gets lost.

The tour was great as we checked off so many things to do throughout S Korea. We also had an amazing group which made such a difference when we were doing group activities such as Tae Kwon Do and K-pop dance class.

This was a nice, relaxing, and chil tour. It was a perfect getaway after spending time in hectic Bangkok. The trip was even better with the CEO (Chief Entertaining Officer) Sonny, whose nickname is "Mr. Take It Easy."

Excellent trip once in life time

My brother and I went on the Vietnam 10 days tour by Hoi An Express. The tour is well organised and is a good balance of activities and free time for self exploring. All hotels and transports were clean, safe and close proximity to shops and local activities. I want to give a special Thanks to Ms Sophie for her great communication and fantastic service. Our online visa were delayed and Ms Sophie went through great efforts to help us organised an express visa in a few hours the day before our flight.

Hotels changed during the tour and we were not informed until that very day. A number of hotels were quite isolated, no opportunity to tour local area. A free day was given in Bangkok, with no suggested activities other than a floating market; really in big old Bangkok!

Another great tour with COSMOS

The overall experience was very good. The preparation and communications on the specific arrangements, transportation, lodging and tour coordination was somewhat lacking. Some of the descriptions during the trip were confusing and at times in conflict with itself. we were told on some occasions to be at locations out- of sequences so we had to risk same day or night before communications to get directions straightened out. One time we barely made the initial meeting point by the required time. JR Regional pass voucher was not received at the hotel until the very last moment and directions to use it could have been better. Kimono walk on 10/23/24 did not occur and request for gluten free meal was not communicated resulting in my wife not bale to eat here dinner meal at the inn. They were very apologetic about the loss of communication, but this could have been avoided. Tour guides were always very good. They were conscientious and always courteous and organized. Again overall, the experience was positive.

We enjoyed our tour very much. We were able to see many of the excellent Korean historical sites and got to experience some of Korean culture. Our guide was friendly and very attentive.

A brilliantly organised tour! The guides were all great, especially Kan. She was so friendly and bubbly, and made seeing Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai even more enjoyable! The tour took away any stress in planning and everything ran on time. Thailand is such a beautiful country with so much to see. This tour definitely covers the highlights. We had a great first time in Thailand!

I want to start by saying that I loved Thailand, and the itinerary for the Fantastic Thailand Tour was perfect. We covered a lot of ground in just 8 days and saw many of the key attractions that Thailand has to offer. The tour guides were fantastic for the most part—friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Several of them even took us to additional places that weren’t on the itinerary but that we expressed interest in, which we really appreciated and know they didn't have to do that. However, there were some negatives regarding the hotels. Two of the three hotels we stayed in were quite disappointing. I chose the 3-star option after researching all three categories (3-star, 4-star, and 5-star), and honestly, they didn’t seem that different online. This may partly be my fault for not upgrading. One hotel was so bad that I completely ditched it and booked another place. It was gross! The second hotel was bearable but still pretty bad; and it was in a terrible location in Phuket—up on a hill with nothing around, including no restaurants. When I arrived at the hotel in Chiang Mai (the really bad hotel) and realized I couldn’t stay there, I complained to the tour operator, but they weren’t very helpful or accommodating in finding a new hotel. Additionally, after much prodding, they finally refunded me what was probably one night’s worth ($55), even though we were there for three nights. At that point, I didn’t care about the refund; I just wanted to get out of there! I also didn’t love that we had to book our own internal flights; I feel like that should be handled by the tour operator. However, it worked out fine in the end. Overall, despite the hotel issues, I truly enjoyed my experience on the Fantastic Thailand Tour and would recommend it for its engaging itinerary and excellent guides.

Superlative from the moment I arrived at the airport and was ushered thru immigration. Every site was carefully chosen and the outstanding driver & guide (Daniel) were flexible in altering the schedule to meet the needs of the group. The lodging was wll above par as was the travel van. My only critical remark would be the trip needs to be 48 hours longer as a lot was crammed into the alloted time. Communications with Exodus were very good before the trip. Job well done!

The Southeast Asia express tour was an amazing experience. The tour guides, Bun and Ha, were really well informed and accommodating to the guests on the tour. Bun and Ha were both great guides who provided a lot of insight into the history and culture of Vietnam and Cambodia. Bun was very organised and friendly, always answering questions and recommending options for site seeing. The trip itself was great because we visited some less touristy spots and saw how the locals lived their everyday lives, including the home stay. Overall the trip was a flawless experience with a blend of great sites, great food and great company. Cambodia was the highlight for me and we stayed there the longest so we saw a lot more of what life is like there. I also stayed a few extra days in Ho Chi Minh and Bangkok so the tour felt less express to me personally. I would definitely recommend Exodus and this tour to anyone especially if they haven’t been to Southeast Asia and want to see a lot in a short period of time.

Greg is by far the best trip manager I have ever had. He has an abundance of knowledge and appreciation for everywhere he visits. He is professional but also becomes a friend. I would highly recommend

The guide was superb the hotel in Tiberius could have a better buffet

Overall good except day to the islands.(James Bond etc) Itinerary says pick up at 7:30, then message it's 8:30. Waited at lobby till 9:20. Would be good if they send message to update the later time as causes anxiety whether tour on. Also requested reception for help but cannot contact anyone as no Thai operator listed.

Very well selected hotels; some even provided free upgrades. Extremely punctual transfers; the drivers were usually there 10-15 minutes before the agreed time. The German-speaking guides had room for improvement in terms of fluency, but were very engaging and knew the best times to visit and the best places (e.g. for sunset photos), and were able to give very good food recommendations.

Extremely unprofessional experience all round. The tour is not as advertised. They claim a guide is with us the entire tour and we only get hotel reservations and qr codes for trains (which I had to harass the agent over WhatsApp to obtain) and local tour guides. Nobody picks you up at your hotel. You have to figure out a random meetup point with the local tour guide. In addition, it took me months with them before the tour to coordinate a train ticket change and they got it wrong multiple times on top of misquoting fares and realizing I could have done it right myself in a matter of minutes. Do yourself a favor: book a real tour or book everything on your own. You'll get better customer service from yourself and better fares. People pay the additional premium for a tour to have a more relaxed experience all round. This company is extra work and you have to do everything as if you had booked it yourself and shoulder what the agents do in order to get it right. I'm a seasoned traveller having travelled to 47 countries on 5 continents. By far this was the most unprofessional and incompetent travel experience I've had with any tour operator. I was given the ridiculous excuse that Japan was a hot destination and they were overwhelmed with requests and that's why things took time, and guess what: I'm the only person on this tour ! The only positive: you do get nice hotels and decent guides (which you can get on your own for just cheaper and much faster). I can only leave the worst of reviews here and save people money and disappointment.

This is basically a travel agent putting together an itinerary for private travel. No group. No guide. The provider did an excellent job with transportation, but I honestly just didn't love any of the locations. It's been my least favorite trip in Asia.

The guided tours are expertly curated and take you to all the sights. We’ve experienced Thailand through the food, the temples, ruins, museums, restaurants, nightlife, boats, beaches, islands, and the people. Our favorite is our guide Sydney in Bangkok whose kindness, sense of humor and grace made us feel like honored guests. We are forever grateful.
