For the international flights between each country, there are normally 1 to 2 flights each day and it might change/delay sometimes and might affect the itinerary. You should have free time after a flight ( Therefore we leave leisure time for transfer days to make sure it not be impacted if the flight is changed. I know there are some issues during the trip with the lack of communication. I hope our replies can satisfy our travelers and understand our operation. Firstly, I am sorry if you feel that you don't have enough information for visa, normally our package doesn't include the visa because some travelers waive visas from some countries. That's why the traveler should inquire us about a visa in advance and we'll give you some details/information. The only information you need for Vietnam visa is accommodation and we gave it to you right away after receiving your request. Other information such as an entry date/airport is shown when you book it. However, we'll definitely give you any information you requested. Secondly, we have clearly mentioned the pick-up time as yellow highlighted every day on the final confirmation voucher we sent you ( 1-2 weeks before the arrival date, we'll send all documents to all travelers with confirmation voucher, pick-up time, packing list, advise...). On What'sapp our team also messaged you this note ( pickup time) from the beginning ( can you check it again?) We assigned our travel consultant in charge of you for the whole trip to avoid any scams or confusion therefore your information is secure. We guarantee that our team worked so hard and answered all your questions during the tour. Lastly, I know your feedback is really important to us and it's so useful to us to welcome our next travelers and improve our services also communication.   • Are all the relevant entry visas included in the price of the tour?

    All of our packages do not include the visa. Our company will instruct you on how to get the visa in the most convenient way. In case, you require us to apply for E-visa, we'll submit it and the fee will be informed to you separately

  • How many, if any, of your tours have guaranteed departures?

    We guarantee that all our tours depart 100% as schedule

  • Can I join the tour once it has departed?

    You should join the tour from its departure. In some cases, if you accept to join after its departure or change the date of departure, please feel free to contact us for proper support.

     

  • Can we change the departure time after booking confirmation? If so, what are the requirements?

    If you require to change the date once you've booked, and 30 days before the arrival date, there is NO FEE; between 15 days to 30 days before the arrival date, the charges will be the actual cost of each service. The modification will be subject to availability and the international flight will be following their cancellation policies (if any).

  • What documents will I receive before I travel?

    Prior to departure, the staff in charge will send you further information to help prepare for your trip (if any).

  • Is free and discounted travel available for children?

    We do offer discounts for children on some of our tours, but it can vary depending on the specific tour, service and accommodation; and the age of the child. To find out if a discount is available for a particular tour, please reach out to your travel advisor.

  • Is there a supplement for solo travellers?

    Yes

  • I am a solo traveler, can I share a room with another in the group to avoid the single supplement fee?

    While we understand the desire to avoid the single supplement fee, we typically do not recommend room sharing due to potential compatibility and comfort issues. However, if you wish to share a room, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request while ensuring your safety and comfort.

  • What is the standard of the hotels on this tour?

    3 star hotel. In case you want to upgrade the accommodation to 4-star or 5-star hotel, please contact us for more details

  • Will I know the names and details of all the accommodation before I depart?

    Yes. All the accommodation and the details will be given to you 15 days in advance

  • Can you assist with pre or post tour accommodation?
