- ETEng Ping· July 25th, 2024I have found the Touradar portal for communicating with us a bit lacking. In the early stages of organizing our trip, my questions were not answered, or not completely answered, we were not provided with enough information to complete our visa applications until we ask for them. I think the service and communication can be improved. In general, the trip turned out alright. The tour guides, private drivers, and hotels were very good though the shuttle vans were not so good. There is a lack of communication from Prestigo. We were not properly informed on a daily basis as to when to expect pick up time, who are we meeting etc. Even after the Halong Bay cruise, we were not informed as to who is picking us up, which car/ van to look out for. There is a general lack of organization and communication. I have to WhatsApp David every day to find out what is going on. In most cases, the guide or driver would mention that they do not have our contact details, so they could not communicate with us in advance as to when they will be meeting us. This is probably an area Prestigo could improve on. Nonetheless, overall, we had a good trip.
